They are not carrying as many motorcycles as in the past. Understandable, I guess in East Texas. The shop area looks a little rough. Used to be so nice.

I have bought 3 cycles and a 4wheeler at h&w overall they’re good people to do business with.the only problem that I have is the way prices are advertised,I think all the add ons should be shown with the price .talked to a salesman today about a particular 4wheeler that from the manufacturer was about 5400$,and after the add ons it was 7200$ so if I had any idea it would be I wouldn’t have wasted their time.so expect that up front and you won’t be surprised,still good place to do business with.

Friend bought a trike here. It looks good, but I felt they could have done better by him. Service after the sale is very slow. Building has nice appearance , enough parking.

I was in search of quite a bit in regards to oem Honda parts for my 06 RC51. I worked.with Cameron and Adrian. They were able to source out almost every part in was looking, being it's a 16 year old bike and it's very hard to find some things for it. Great communication as well as excellent customer service. Hands down, one of the best powersports dealerships I have worked with. Thank you for all the help.

You guys are superb! I was rebuilding a 2021 Rebel 1100. Hard bike to get , parts even harder. I was able to get everything I needed. Pricing was good and delivery time wasn't unreasonable. John & everyone was awesome. Called ahead to check on a Ruckus & when they told us what they had on hand, we met them there & they were quick, to the point, & on it with not wasting anyone's time. We knew what we wanted & got it done in a timely fashion. Thanks John! Will be sending my friends & family your way ... hope you all stock up on some Ruckus', because I'm talking them into them! And I'm hoping ya'll are good to do any customizations & upgrades I'm looking to do on my new Ruckus! Broadway Powersports (in Tyler) just lost my business, since they paid no attention to their customers & now I'm telling friends & family to go to H&W Powersports in Palestine.
