Will absolutely be switching banks. Customer service line doesn't work after hours. Declining transactions and still taking the money out. Transfer from "stash" is not instant. Just lost 400$ to the internet ether and can't get a person to talk to. "Your estimated hold time is... greater than ten mins..." all night. So frustrated I can't see straight.

This is a bank that will hammer you if you don't manage money well. That being said, it offers some great benefits. Great hours, convenient location, no check fee with any direct deposit, no minimum balance.

I have a love hate relationship with this place and by that I mean I hate the company but love this location and may even continue to stay a customer all because of Taylor A. at the Palestine location. She was my saving grace when EVERY other person in the company wouldn’t help. I highly recommend reaching out to her for help cause she is amazing and I’ll never forget her going above and beyond for me thru the phone!

I think the most frustrating thing abt this place is the culture and its starts from manager on down very unprofessional . Texting on phone while customers are in middle of transactions they had two ladies non employees just chilling up at front counter catching up on gossip, and having very inappropriate sexual conversation , all of employees there were engaged in this behavior . Am sure nothing will change by reveiws can see this is ongoing problem

First Convenience Bank employees are very rude to customers has zero customer service altitude. They are lack of banking knowledge with very low IQ. Stealing customers information to their phones and that was Ok by the so called Manager. They profile their customers if you don't speak Spanish you will not get business account open. This leads to discrimination it is a shame. They copies of your documents which they refused to give back when they fail to open a business account for you. They will continue to interrogate customers to get their Trade Secrets. First Convenience Bank employees are UNTRAINED and UNPROFESSIONAL a bank for the people like them.

People say this isn’t a GOOD BANK BECAUSE THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE THEIR MONEY! You don’t get fee’s if you don’t spend money you don’t have! I stand in line watching these amazing tellers deal with rude customers who just want to use money they don’t have. Please don’t leave a bad review just because you can’t manage your money wisely. They are awesome!!!!

I compell you not to open an account with this bank or any branch of first national Bank who is there parent company on the basis that if you are the every day working person you don't have access to your pay check for 9 days after its deposited even if it is a payroll check I'm not sure about you but I'm sure like most people you live paycheck to paycheck same as us now if I get paid once a week and my check is on hold for 9 days I will get another one before it ever clears the first one and half way to another one before I can access my money so this being said I would definitely choose to take my business elsewhere at the end of the day I bet they don't have to wait for their money now do they
