I give this a very bad review ,for the reason they dont know how negotiate a material .Me and my mom went to buy only the the bed frames not the whole bed . Since there wasnt a ptice i. The bed frame ,they would not sell it unless its the whole deal . I highly recomend not shopping in that mediocore store

Goodwill gets items for free, and at times marks them up to near new prices. I was at a goodwill where the goodwill price was higher then the new store tag that was on the shirt. The owner is a millionaire. On over priced free goods.

Decent selection, very small store sort of cluttered and not well kept.. Very few employees.

Store was in disarray and definitely crowded. People were wearing masks but not social distancing.

Dropped off clothing and miscellaneous items. Greeted the young man with a polite hello. No response. Thanked him as I left. No response. 😢

I really like the findings at this location. Everything is organized to their possible extent. Not overflowing shelves you can go through merchandise without things falling off.

They are selling very old items as if they were new. Totally overpriced. Everything looks so dirty. Personally I would not recommend this to anyone.

The customer service is horrible and management can't be bothered. After an experience like I had today, I am never setting foot in that store ever again. And honestly I think one star is too much. Every single employee including the manager need to be fired.

Workers here are terrible, they have grumpy faces , never smile , never answer questions and super rude when they do! The only great worker I have come across is Rolando all the others have the most horrible characters and attitudes don't even deserve the 1 star! They save and hide things for themselves and family members and if they like what your taking they go to the back and raise the price! These people need to be fired and replaced by people who really want to walork! I prefer the McAllen one over this one any day just because of the nice workers at the other ones!!!!!! Jay acevedo needs to be fired. Throwing hangers at customers! Super rude. Managers terrible accusing of price changing. Ridiculousness. Hate this pkace never improves. They always hire idiots with bad attitudes

The quality of clothes went from alright to horrible. I found a decent pair of lucky brand jeans for $4.09 and when I was gonna pay she charged me $15 because it was 'boutique' so they refused to sell me the pants despite what the tag said. Nothing In this store is close to boutique. Everything is donated they are so stingy. The old workers seemed to have been fired so the place isn't so bad but there are still grumpy faces and attitudes from some of the female workers. But that must be a valley thing that doesn't change. The store has improved a little.
