My tow was assigned through USAA at 3:57pm today (10/11/2021) with an ETA of 90-105 minutes. Long, but whatever. USAA texted me at 5:48pm asking if my "service provider" had arrived to which I replied no. At 5:49pm I'm notified that the provider can "no longer complete your job" and a new one would be assigned. Piss poor customer service and even worse communication with customers.

Really sad. You would think that with this location they would at least try to give decent customer service. I asked two attendants at the same time for help, one looked at the other and didn’t say a word. Which told me all i needed to know. “The bathrooms are broken”. Just because you don’t want to clean the bathrooms, which I will assume is part of your job, doesn’t mean they are broken. I chose to stop at the smaller gas station and store to give it a chance as opposed to stoping at the larger corporate store across the highway. I won’t stop there again. I decided to get my gas across the highway too.

Been coming here for years... Up until a few months ago they always had nice helpful employees... not so much anymore. Their is a very rude lazy heavy set woman here who is unfit for the job. She seems to be miserable every time I come here. Not a good look for the store!! My friend also had a bad encounter with her. Avoid this store and go to the Shell up the street where the employees dont have an issue with doing their JOB.

Oct. 21st 2020. The cashier was walking around the store without a mask. She returned to the check stand and was eating out of a chip bag (fingers to lips) while picking up food and drink items to scan them. If you care about your health re: virus don't go inside.

They are two ladies that work in the evening , They are not very friendly at all.. So watch yourself when you go in there... I will never ever stop in there again..

Bought a tank of gas and then went inside and the bathrooms were roped off. Avoid this place. Just go a few more miles down the road for much better places.
