I brought my daughter in to lob off her shoulder length hair for a long pixie cut. I was really nervous because my daughter is very particular and it would need to be perfect. I gave 1 star only to get my opinion on the board and make others aware. I live 30 mins away and called for a walk in appt (for just a dry cut) and was told to come on in. Got there and was turned away and told they were booked. How are you booked if you take walk ins and a call ahead. 2 people behind me were quite upset as well. As they heard my conversation, they said they were told the same thing. JCP loose my business not only in the salon, but in the store as well. Called for a manager and was sent to a voicemail.
