The guy who was working around 2pm today (8/15/22) is awesome! My son bought a few games and a shredder pop figure. My daughter some Pokemon stuff and I got a headset for myself. First time my husband left with nothing. The sales associate was so helpful with everything and our questions. We recently moved to Texas. Our old game stops employees in California became our game stop friends. This guy talked to all the customers like they were his friends. I think we're gonna be at this game stop as much as we were at our old hometown one. We'll make the 30 minute drive to this GameStop.

The manager dude was very interested when I was wanting to spend my money on a refurbished playstation 4. Two days later when he found out I had one he has no interest in me at all. He literally spoke to everyone coming in except me and I was about to spend at least 50 bucks in games. Good thing there's eBay.

Tyler was very rude when we were asking questions about the nintendo switch. Came and whispered that he needed to help customers in the line and so he could either go on break when there were several customers. Very Rude. The other gentleman was great.

Usually have what you need, but under no circumstances can you trust any thing the employees say. Everything I ask the about a game it's always always the same answer, yeah that's a great game. I've asked them about games I know to have horrible reviews with ultra low ratings and the employees always assure me it's a great game, wrong.

Went in to buy a 300 dollar Nintendo switch. It was apparently more important for the employee to be on his phone than to assist and was very put out by a single question. We’ll go to target instead.

The store staff is pleasant enough however; the policy of not taking systems in that have been factory reset is stupid. I'm not going to hand a complete stranger my system that has my data on it. Sorry unacceptable in this day and age of data breaches and stolen information. Gamestop needs to be more lenient on this policy, but with the leadership in Grapevine corporate, I'm not holding my breath. They probably still wonder why their brick and mortar stores are failing.

This store alone has changed my view of GameStop from negative to positive. It's rare to find people who are so genuinely invested into what they're selling at retail stores, and the two people I've dealt with here were super friendly and helpful and knew all about the game I was buying. They've been able to quickly answer any questions me or my friends have had. The store is clean and well organized. I'll happily come back to buy games and plushes.
