Was in the today and seen sign $40 unlimited and free phone if you change providers. 2 employees working and the girl said it would be $125 out the door for free phone which understand your monthly charge . But she says your required to get insurance ,screen protector and activation fee. I felt like they were all about commission cause there signs in windows only said 40 a month unlimited and free phone for new or change of providers ~Buddy

Had to go into this location while we were on vacation because our phones had completely stopped working on the AT&T network. We had just switched from T-Mobile at a different location near our home. We found out that the other AT&T location had completely messed up our plans and account while performing the transfer. This led us to lose our phone service completely while we were away from home due to the transfer not being set up properly. Ryan and Ben were extremely professional and did an excellent job of correcting the issues and getting us up and running again. I highly recommended going here! ~Logan

I have been with your company for about 2 or 3 years now and have been to a few of the stores. I have to say out of them all this one is by far the best. Went in yesterday last minute upgraded 3 of my lines. Got the great employee I have meet so far. David was so polite and professional about everything. Knew exactly what we wanted and need to the T. He was so great made the service the best I have seen yet. My husband and I have decided that this will be the store we use from now one. The guy who was working around 2pm today (8/15/22) is awesome! My son bought a few games and a shredder pop figure. My daughter some Pokemon stuff and I got a headset for myself. First time my husband left with nothing. The sales associate was so helpful with everything and our questions. We recently moved to Texas. Our old game stops employees in California became our game stop friends. This guy talked to all the customers like they were his friends. I think we're gonna be at this game stop as much as we were at our old hometown one. We'll make the 30 minute drive to this GameStop. ~Roxanne
