After having an extremely difficult and frustrating experience with the T-Mobile store in Sherman and a dishonest sales representative, I canceled my service there and went with AT&T, using the Sherman location. Things were fine until I decided to add a third line. I went into the store around July 4th and the sales representative was especially eager to help me. I made it clear that I wanted all the information up front before I even made the decision to add the line, including how much my monthly bill would increase. I told him what I already had with AT&T and he showed me a special they currently had on a specific phone. The sales representative assured me that with the discounts I would now receive for having multiple lines on my plan, adding this new line and phone would only raise my plans monthly cost by about $30. Being pleasantly surprised that the cost wouldn't be as bad as I assumed, I agreed to add the line. Imagine my shock to discover he was wrong and instead of it being $30, it was actually more like $70-75. I spent over an hour speaking with customer service seeing why my plan was so expensive and why it was so much higher than he told me. I was able to remove a couple of small add ons that I didn't know were put on my plan however it is still definitely not going to be only $30 higher like he said. Apparently cell phone sales representatives are scammers and liars no matter what company they work for. I'll be doing everything in my power to put in a formal complaint on this man and have his commission from my sale removed. He does not deserve to get a commission from lying to customers just to get a sale. It's pathetic if that's how you have to make a living.

John and Jacob were absolutely amazing! These guys need to be training every employee you have. I came in around 7pm distraught because my wife (soon to be ex-wife) had suspended my phone service. I use this phone for my business btw. They not only helped me get back up and running but also made sure that I had all settings where she had no way of access. She had added her email and phone number to my old phone unknowingly. They deserve a huge pat on the back and a raise! Thanks again Jacob and John!

Had to go into this location while we were on vacation because our phones had completely stopped working on the AT&T network. We had just switched from T-Mobile at a different location near our home. We found out that the other AT&T location had completely messed up our plans and account while performing the transfer. This led us to lose our phone service completely while we were away from home due to the transfer not being set up properly. Ryan and Ben were extremely professional and did an excellent job of correcting the issues and getting us up and running again. I highly recommended going here!
