Definitely recommend this place was in there for about less then 5 minutes they took good care of me will definitely be a returning customer. Jesse upfront in the office desk was really helpful

I purchased a Freightliner m2 106 from this Ryder in Montebello. I trusted Ryder to inspect their vehicles. When I drove it on the Freeway the cruise control did not set, the speedometer did not work, and the brake stop sensor did not work as well. 1 month later, currently in Denver Co Ryder on Holley St, it is still not fixed. Ive picked up the truck 3 times already because it was supposedly fixed, just to take it right back. I say this with sincere honesty, Ryder's mechanics are incompetent. This is also a second truck that Ive purchased from Ryder that has broken down within 1 hour after purchase. Only that time I was smart enough to take it to a mobile mechanic: It was fixed the next day. The Freightliner that I purchased from this Montebello Ryder location is still at the Denver Co service center on Holly, over 4 weeks for basic sensor replacements.

So far the best Truck rental company and team i have rented from. Alison and meng are always very helpful and communication on keeping up with my reservation. Trucks are always cleaned in and out and diesel and Def are always toped off unlike others rental companies.
