Showed up at 7 for rental my lease penske lined up out of houston Langtry location.. NO truck available was told one would be there at 8. Waited.. at 8 they told me they have nothing. All they had was a much larger truck then what i wanted.. all i got was a SORRY..

This place is a joke! Non existant cusomer service, and a half maintained truck, had to find out the hard way that there was no horn ( dispite the check list saying it worked) nor cruse control. Steering way out of alignment with a full quarter turn of slop in the steering wheel. Engine has to be running in order to use the lift gate... no problem, unless the engine wont idle for more than 5 min with out dieing. If u have any other options id recomend going with plan b
