They overcharged me $250 because supposably i didn't deliver the car on time i was there one day before at 5:30 p.m. to deliver the car because Google says they close at 6 and!! office was already closed their workers leave way too early for it to be closed at exactly 5:30 p.m!! So couldn't make it on time early in the morning of next day, i was 2hrs late, on my agreement and therefore they overcharged me $250 Google she should update their hours because people really rely on them!! ~Ricardo

At That One Shop
I came in to this shop last week to get a 30 shirts printed. It was quick to place my order, I gave them my design and the sizes I needed and I was out of there in less than 15 minutes. The guy that works there (I forgot his name) told me he would have the shirts ready in about 5 business days, but they were able to have them ready a day early for me. I definitely recommend this shop. Thanks guys! ~John

Atm at the gas pump doesn't work, no receipt at the pump, had to go inside to pay for gas, had to wait until the guy felt like workin, the door handle looked and felt old and dirty, the place looks dingy ~rudolph

I'm very unhappy with this bank. I've been a member for about 15 years and it's gone way down hill. I feel that the newer employees have no idea what they're doing. The only reason I've stayed with this bank so long is because Kathy was so great but now that she isn't an employee, I'd rather go elsewhere. I dislike how they charge me a monthly fee on $5.95 for services that I've never used and don't plan to use. I also dislike that on top of that fee, I'm charged for withdrawing at ATM's since I moved 50 miles away. I used to live in Montebello but now im in Northridge. There isn't a branch nearby and I feel that they should accommodate people like me who live far but continue to use their branch. If they want to keep members, they need to do the right thing and help us out. ~Christina

Obviously I'm not the only one who's gotten their order wrong. Manager was rude, condescending. I tried ordering through the drive-thru. And took 30 minutes. Needless to say I left with my order. Parked further up only to find that they gave me the wrong order. There I go back into the restaurant. There was a line inside, waited and got looked by the manager as if I had done something wrong. No I didn't. Finally called me up next. I told them that they gave me the wrong order. We ordered chicken tenders and we got regular chicken. Though they exchanged it. My new box was tossed into the bag. They need more employees to work here. Manager needs to look happy, not miserable or angry. Maybe he needs training in customer service so that he train his employees too. ~Squishy

Lourdes and Gloria were great! They are very welcoming as soon as you walk in the door. It almost feels strange because the notion of customer service seems like it’s nonexistent in most establishments. The whole time I was there, 3 different customers came in and these wonderful ladies knew them all by name. That’s something you also don’t see too often anymore.
