Not happy at all! I’m charge off amount from 2018 that I wasn’t aware of! I haven’t banked with Camino for a very very long time! I have been with Bank of America since 2016! So how can I have a charge off! Let alone I only found out because I was opening an account with school first. Camino has never reached out to me for this situation! Top it off they have only one collection manager! I have been trying to get a hold of him all day! Not one call back! Either he was unavailable or at lunch or unavailable! They seriously need to get it together!

If I could give no stars I would. If you value your money, don't invest in this bank. 💯

I'm very unhappy with this bank. I've been a member for about 15 years and it's gone way down hill. I feel that the newer employees have no idea what they're doing. The only reason I've stayed with this bank so long is because Kathy was so great but now that she isn't an employee, I'd rather go elsewhere. I dislike how they charge me a monthly fee on $5.95 for services that I've never used and don't plan to use. I also dislike that on top of that fee, I'm charged for withdrawing at ATM's since I moved 50 miles away. I used to live in Montebello but now im in Northridge. There isn't a branch nearby and I feel that they should accommodate people like me who live far but continue to use their branch. If they want to keep members, they need to do the right thing and help us out.

I've worked with this bank for over 10 years. Friendly staff for sure, but the structure needs work. Not open on the weekends. The website is not user friendly for payments. I'm constantly having to get someone on the phone to help me to do something the website should be able to do. Making an online payment should not be difficult. After I pay off my loan, I'm retiring my relationship with this bank. It's just too annoying.

Thank you so much Camino Federal Credit Union for continuing to be the best bank out there. I am so glad I made the switch (should of done it sooner). I recently purchased a vehicle through the help of Camino Federal Credit Union. Federal Credit offers amazing services. I was able to work with their Car Scout Duke, who was so helpful in making my first car purchase run so smoothly. He asked me what I was looking for and he delivered. Narine, who helped with the Auto Loan process made sure everything was squared away and was very helpful in the process. Stacey was another worker there who actually has been helping me from the very beginning since my switch to Federal Credit Union. I am so grateful for all the help I've received from Camino Federal Credit Union. If anyone is looking for a great bank, this is the place. Amazing staff and great services. Unbeatable!

Loss!this institution has cost me thousands of dollars. while I was trying to refinance my mortgage to lower interest rate found that El Camino had reported me for late and non Payments (which is impossible since my payment was automatically deducted from my pay check) not once but several times. it took weeks to finally get it cleared up and a letter stating that it was there mistake. Meanwhile i missed the opportunity to move from interest rates in the 4's to the 3's. over the course of years that adds up to a lot of money. It takes more than a smiling face behind the counter to run a good ethically sound business.

This place SUCKS. I switched here from a big bank and am switching right back because of how bad this credit union is at basically everything they do. Rates are noncompetitive, there is no option for free checking, wait times to speak to a customer service agent are a joke, frequent problems with their online services from being completely down to inaccurate account info, inability to correctly set up auto payments, and inability to send physical loan payments on time are just the beginning of the problems here. I’d honestly recommend literally any other financial institution over this credit union. Credit Unions are supposed to be for the people by the people, but this one seems to only care about profit, inconvenience, and incorrect-ness. Avoid at all costs.

i've banked with them for the last 15 years, they use to be great but not theyre just ehhh. People there are nice but since they changed to camino real they dont have so many perks. Also they recently changed their web site and now its a mess. Overall though I have had a positive experience... except their new site seems to have a lot of bugs in it. But if your wondering the quality of service this bank has... Just read the comments the owner only replied to two positive comments and has ignored every other comment.. Ya I'm looking for a new bank

This is ridiculous!!! I agree, they never answer the phone!! I am closing all my accounts as soon as I can get back to CA. I received my new debit cards BUT unable to activate them because all the calls are re-routed to a call center(which they have no access to activate cards). I've been told someone will call me back, 5 days later & still waiting. After 20years of doing business with Camino & 5 open accounts its time to go!!! I'm taking my money somewhere else.
