UPDATE: The President responded and has concern for the issues described. This is something you will probably not get from another store. I am appreciative and because of this concern/response I will shop here knowing my concerns are heard. Dirty, disorganized store with overpriced shoes. I find better deals on brand name shoes from other places. I would only shop here if needed.

One employee, who was helping me find my sizes, told me I could use the spring sale coupon AND my app coupon, just ring up separately. Get to the front to check out and THIS employee is extremely short, acts like the spring coupon IS my app coupon and gets RUDE about it. Soo, I put back several items, because I only had a certain amount to spend, and was counting on the 2 discounts. Shoes for work were the priority, since I'm in Healthcare and can spend 15 hours on my feet. I just really wish people who HATE people, wouldn't work in retail, because I'm getting sick of the rude and non-smiling interactions. Easier to do online ordering. Which this company offers... Hate it that this happened. Because this is pretty much the only shoe store I purchase my Brooks running shoes from.....

When asked for help locating an item, the lady didn't even know what shelf to look at. At check out, cashier was on the phone, and he opened each box to check. With all that I ended up with 2 different shoes in the box, but found out only as I got home. Had to go back and replace. No apology or acknowledgement of the mistake. Other than that selection and prices were ok.
