We worked with Louis and Justin and they were both great people. Justin went above and beyond to explain the process to us and get us prepared. Louis was an amazing instructor and taught us what was actually relevant and applicable without wasting our time. He is extremely knowledgeable and very patient even if you don't know what you are doing. He walked us through everything we need to know and had detailed answers to every question. Best range in Houston. Amazing experience!

I guess I am the first deaf client at Marksman Indoor Range, and I met Louis. He is a very professional instructor. He and I communicated well and understood each other. I learned a lot about the basic things from the instructor Louis, which is important for new beginners and I shoot well. Enjoyed!!! I would like to come again. This place is a nice vibe! I give 5!

Been going here for over 10 years and thought I should drop a review. I’m not the review type but as I gotten older I know feedback is important. The staff is always friendly. I gotten some wrong bullets from an Academy worker before and they happily traded me out to the appropriate one they had. Today I went with my girlfriend to the range because I bought a new Sar with optics. If you get your transfer there, you get free range entry! I’m no expert shooter and first time with this gun but I thought my dot was off. My girlfriend wasn’t doing too hot, but luckily a staff member, Nelson took note and asked politely to give some tips. He tested my gun which he thought was off and he recalibrated my red dot for me. A few pointers later the girlfriend and I was shooting much better after! Thanks Marksman, and thanks Nelson!

If you want to experience what it's like to fire some guns, this is the place, even if you never touched a gun before. The very kind people who work there explain everything to you in an introductory course of about 30 minutes and then you can fire guns of your choice by yourself on the firing range. I had a great time here firing an AK47 and a 9mm pistol.

Highly highly recommend! Range/store staff was very knowledgeable and Nelson was able to teach my brother the basics quite proficiently. I therefore highly recommend him for any training necessary. Prices are extremely reasonable and while the range isn’t the biggest, the store felt very cozy and not packed full of merchandise like you’ll see at most gun stores.

HIGHLY recommend. This place is very safe, friendly, welcoming, funny, professional, knowledgeable. The list can go on! Staff members make you feel comfortable enough to ask as many questions as you want which is what you want. Extremely informative. Patient. A few weeks ago I took my cousin to shoot for her first time.. I’m not sure of the lady’s name but she was so gentle yet firm during the instructions. I appreciate her so much for giving my family that experience. Today I was with Tomas and he was great. I can honestly say I feel extremely comfortable with my new gun thanks to him.
