Hi ladies. This is the first time I am writing a bad review. I implore you to never utilize this companies Snooze Sleepover Company(snooze sleepover company) service. I was attempting to reserve a spot for my daughter on the 7th (Saturday). Which is 8 days in advance. When making this request the "owner" indicated there would be a $50 additional fee since it's under 7 days. I indicated that it is not under 7 days and could she waive the fee and I would be willing to book immediately. She became extremely confrontational, mad, and hung up on me. I called back saying I'm ok with paying the $50 fee. She then became very arrogant saying I don't want your business and hung up again.As mentioned I never write a bad review, however, this type of behavior is truly unacceptable. Please share and get the word out.🙌 She might say I was arrogant who know me as friend knows well me to be arrogant has to do really good damage.

So glad that I came across this company when I was frantically searching for ways to make my daughter’s sleepover more fun with limited time. The owner is very nice and quick to respond to messages. I was traveling for work the week before the party and knew I would be short on time to coordinate any of this myself. My daughter picked the tropical paradise theme. They came on the day of the party and set everything up. They were in and out in less than 10 minutes and it all looked perfect! The girls loved it! They slept comfortably and loved being next to each other while still having their own spaces. Then Snooze came back the following day, within the time frame they gave the day before, to take it all down and haul it off. The setup fee is additional, but worth the cost to me because I didn’t have the time to do it myself. The entire service was so convenient! I highly recommend them and I’ll definitely use them again.

Snooze set up an outdoor movie projector and huge screen for us. When the wind picked up and pulled stakes out, they came back out to move the setup and couldn't have been more helpful. We will definitely use them again.

This star is being generous! We ordered from this company & my whole family got a stomach virus. They do not sanitize their products thoroughly! Of course they deny having any wrong doing. They over charge for additional items as well. I ordered a "spa kit" for my girl's & paid 70 dollars for items worth 10 maybe 15 dollars the most! Please look elsewhere!

They left no stone unturned. My husband and I were celebrating six years of marriage so I booked a boho style picnic for two. Snooze Sleepover Company was a pleasure to work with. They accommodated my last minute date change and arrived early the morning of to set up. They were in and out in no time. When I say they left no stone unturned, I truly couldn’t imagine a more beautiful arrangement. This company was such a pleasure to work with. I booked the reservation in advance and ended up adding A LOT more to our original agreement. The owner was lovely and understanding and was able to provide everything extra we asked for. The decor was lovely and our guests were in awe of it all. Best of all, my girls had a blast and felt like they were in a fairy tale. Highly recommend this company for beautiful and unique parties!

We had an awesome experience! Questions were answered promptly. Supplies were clean and in good condition. We did have one hiccup, but the person on the other end of messenger took care of it right away and made a special trip out to us to make sure we were taken care of. Great experience!

We enjoyed our sleep over experience for our daughter’s birthday! I loved the set up and decorations! The creativity and thought to the decorations are remarkable! The girls were super happy and excited in their tents! I didn’t realize they offered military discount until after paying. I messaged them and they gave me the military discount with no issues! I am excited to use their services again in the future!

Snooze Sleepover Company was a delight to work with. I had planned a birthday sleepover with a bell tent for my daughter (Super Mario) and was able to get a quote and plan the sleepover with little to no effort. On the day of the event, there was something wrong with the tent and it could not be used. They quickly came up with an alternate plan and I couldn’t have been happier with the end result! They even added a few extras for the inconvenience. They were so professional with great communication. I would definitely use again! I can’t recommend Snooze Sleepover company enough! Worth every penny!

Had a great super special VIP sleepover (LOL themed) for my birthday girl!! Owners showed up on time all the way from San Antonio!! Set-up was quick and efficient. Very respectful to my home and family!! We're already thinking of the next party!! The sleepover was decorated beautifully!! Had tried another company first and they never responded or contact me back regardless of trying for 3 weeks straight!!!! Almost gave up hope and invites had already went out!! Snooze Sleepovers saved the day for my princess.They responded right away on Instagram and booking was a breeze!! (Cannot figure out how to attach my photos!!!)
