If you are in East Texas, do NOT use PODS. You will have the worst time trying to get your stuff back from them. They do not tell you they only service this area one day per week and that they have one truck and one driver. I filed a complaint and the issues were still not resolved. The location for this area (Leesville, LA) was unsympathetic and downright rude when telling me I would be waiting for my things indefinitely. Never again.

If you want your stuff to not being picked up or delivered when it is supposed to be then this is the company for you. Picked up our move a week late assuring us it wouldn’t affect the delivery to our new home. Now there is no sign of the pod now that we are at our new home. Customer service can do nothing to help you. They will not follow through on anything they say. DO NOT do a long distance move with pods.

There was a small miscommunication at the beginning and I ordered the wrong size pod. When it was delivered, I knew it would not work. The driver contacted the local PODS while I called the main office. Everyone was extremely helpful, especially since I was frantic at the time. I had a small window of time to be able to have it loaded and picked up. The folks over at Temple TX Pods were amazing with how helpful and responsive they were. The main office had everything straightened out in one call. The rest of the PODS moving went without a hitch. All the drivers I interacted with were friendly, professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them.

I received friendly, efficient services from the POD Storage facility in Temple Texas. The driver that delivered my storage unit to my residence was very kind and helpful in placing the unit properly in a accessible manner for easy access and efficient loading. Taking care that no negative effects to the surrounding property would incur.

The company notify me the day before when they will arrive with the POD and they arrive right on time. Mr Paskell unload, move and place the POD right where we need it. Professional, courteous and friendly service from Mr. Paskell. Schedule your pick up in advance. Will give you a piece of mind. Highly recommend this company. We used PODS when we moved from Georgia to Texas and are so thankful we decided to use their services. They were extremely easy to work with and made the process very simple. Receptionists and drivers were very friendly and polite. I would absolutely use them again in the future and recommend to everyone! Shoutout to our final pickup driver, Dave - he was great!

The people pods sent to our location were genuinely good people. My daughter and i felt like we were being taken care of. Kirk Simon dropped off our Pods and gave us all the information needed to load the pods. Dave picked it up and made sure it was properly loaded. Our PODS experience this move was terrible with the exception of our driver Dave from the Temple location. He was friendly and did a great job delivering our full containers and picking up the first empty one. The balance of the experience was very sad to say the least. We had to pay an additional $430 for each of our two containers to get them delivered an extra 22 miles from Temple. On top of that we had to empty the second one in one day so it could be picked up at there convenience not at our convenience. Only reason you got two stars is because of Dave and Josh in customer service.
