I used to live right next to this location and frequented often. Live on the other side of town now but decided to stop in for dinner during work. The standards have gone down tremendously. Customer service is not great, very short and curt. I tried to order the gizzard meal, but was told they were out at the moment, not a big deal just didn't have time to wait for fresh ones. The fries were not seasoned at all, and the tenders I got were all on the small side. It felt like a kids portion. I had also asked for some extra condiments that I never received. The only redeeming quality for this meal was that it was at least hot. I haven't had bush's this lacking in years.

Horrible customer service on every level. Today I placed an order and handed an employee my credit card. And never seen him again. Waited about twenty five minutes as everyone who pulled up behind me got their orders and left. I had to call the store and ask for either my food or my credit card via phone. They sent out someone totally different and said they gave my credit card to someone else and they were going to attempt to Google/Facebook/social media this person and get my card back. I asked to speak to a manager and that lady was absolutely terrible. No remorse or admittance of any sort. She told me to just leave, I was obstructing other customers. I then asked for the owner or a corporate number. She gave me the number to a child who said this has happened before and it’s just a mistake, not to worry about it. The manager whose information I was given, refused to give me any number or email higher than his own. So I called the police. They dispatched an amazing officer who sadly told me this location has actually given him someone else’s card before. Clearly, this location needs a system overhaul, and an owner that will actually post their information should you have an issue. Management shouldn’t drag there knuckles at these systemic issues. Keep in mind, this is the same location that cannot accept cash tips due to an unspecified employee scandal. Absolute $h!t show at the Adams Ave Bush’s in Temple Texas every-time. I support Bush’s as a brand. Just not this location. Shady, incompetent, unwilling to right or admit their wrongs.

Worst french fries in Texas. I travel over 5,000 miles a month for my job, and visit many Bush’s. Adams Rd, Temple has consistently the worst fries of every Bush’s I’ve been to, and I don’t know why🤷🏻♂️. What I REALLY don’t know why is: why do I keep going there thinking “maybe today’s the day they’ll have good fries.” But no…

Quick fast friendly service. Pulled up and was immediately greeted. So fast the gentleman walked away while I was requesting for some sauce packets and seasoning. Food was hot and fresh but sadly no packets were given for sauce or seasoning. Very disappointed too because I had someone out of town that’s never had Bush’s before so I was trying to give them a full experience. Especially with the new prices y’all should make sure everything is satisfactory for customers. Some tenders were questionably small.

My family and I waited for over thirty minutes for our food from the FIRST time they rang up my card. Then they came out to inform me one of the meals would be a little longer. Another twenty minutes goes by and they come out to inform me that it was going to be a while longer so if I just wanted to be refunded for that meal. After 45 minutes I leave and get home to realize they never refunded my card all they did was CHARGE ME AGAIN only didn't add the meal I wasn't getting. I will never go back. Now I have $70 charged to Bushes chicken on my account when all we got was a 16 piece tender meal with a power aid. Are you kidding me?!?)

Fast, friendly service, juicy, tender chicken strips, and light, fluffy, fresh rolls! I recommend Bush's baby sauce as well. I tried the corn nuggets for the first time, since I am a fan of all things fried, and the creamed corn inside of the crisp, battered shell was surprisingly satisfying. The double ordering lines cut the wait time down considerably. Just don't plan on turning left out of there during rush hour!

I made the rookie mistake of pulling up to the window and subsequently got passed up for next in line. BTW, they don't use the drive-up window. The assistant manager then came out to take my order once he discovered that I had been skipped. He was all about customer service and definitely made the situation right. He could teach a thing or two to a couple of other fast food places I've been to recently. This Bush's restaurant and it's assistant manager rate high marks from me!

I’m not a person to complain but you can’t raise prices and give less. Chicken tenders are now the same size as chicken fingers/mozzarella sticks. It’s not okay. I’ve received a 6 piece tender meal and my chicken tenders didn’t even have chicken. Just bread. Get the babies out the kitchen. Please.

Very disappointed. Not the 1st time that this happens. I'm just not the type of person to complain. But this is unacceptable. I just didn't eat after seeing this. Lost my appetite. Not to mention they had only given us a little amount of fries in both family orders.

I was charged for 2 orders of 16 piece tenders, no problem they were busy, but I only got one. I tried to call several times and it goes to a cell phone that has a voicemail not set up yet. I stopped going for a while because they made the tenders so small but gave it another try and that try was great. I went back today and they were small. There is no consistency in this place. I think I will drive across town to try the other one. Below is the 32 piece box of tenders.
