My last order I got my limeade with just the flavoring and flat soda. I only 3 tater tots in the small size. Just 3. I checked if any were were spilled in the bag and none were. I got my onion rings, but only 3 tater tots. It usually takes a long time even when you order ahead of time in the app.

Soggy burger, took forever and had poor attitudes. Waited 5 minutes for ranch with POPCORN CHICKEN that i ordered with, my fiancee ended up having to go get it cause it took forever. Won't be returning. Just terrible all around.

Not a super pleasant visit this time around. For starters... I pull up to an empty stall which wasn'ttoo difficult even though they seemed pretty busy, but I go to place my order, only to find out it didn't even work. Not really believing it didn't work, I sit there a little bit as employees continue to pass without saying anything. So I moved to another stall, and THAT one was on the verge of going out, simply because the button took some messing with. Finally get it to work, only to have no one respond. The screen actually timed out I was waiting so long. Got it to work again, then this gentleman answered, and the way he was answering was just real short, a bit of an attitude it sounded like. Well the order finally gets placed and comes out. The guy whom brought it seemed nice, but definitely tired of being there it seemed. He was attentive and helpful, so that was a plus. I took the food home, and the saving grace to this visit was how well the food was prepared, and the chili cheese tots were packed! The kitchen won it this time, and I'm glad because it was all starting to look rough.

Food is always good. Service is awful. Waited 45 minutes before our order was even taken. Save your time and go to literally any other fast food place

They screwed up an order I placed in the app. I called and spoke to the assistant manager, who told me to come back and they would fix it. When I was able to go back, the manager came to my car and told me he had no right to say they would fix it. She also told me she didn't have to honor the app, and if I had a problem with the app I should contact them. Consistently slow service, mediocre food, and now getting berated by the manager when I asked them to fix their mistakes. Nah, I'm good. Wish I could leave zero stars.

If I could rate lower I would, wife sat for a half hour after the screen said so and so was on the way with the food. After finally getting the food was told oh so sorry, they didn't realize they were supposed to bring your food cause they were busy with something else... Then on top of that didn't even get the ranch that was ordered. So all that wait just for poor service and people not being able to do a job.

Consistently messed up orders (despite the inconvenience, this happens and has never really upset us). What is upsetting is calling to get it fixed and having rude customer service. We are constantly reminded of why we don’t eat at Sonic very often.

Our food was thrown in the bag, our burgers where soggy. We called and speaked to a lady (who’s name may not be said) who told us she would replace it tomorrow. Then the store manger Dora, called back to argue that her staff was not in the place to tell us that and if we wanted to get a different foot long coney tomorrow we would have to bring the gross one back along with the burger. Day old food back to her restaurant. After her staff assured us we could get a meal replacement tomorrow. Corporate will be called. We have been here before with problems of taking 20 minutes to get out 4 drinks while staff stands there and talks. Then asked to speak to the manger and had to wait another 5-10 minutes to talk to the manger.

I had to give this place 4 stars because in the last 6 months the service is lacking and orders are just not made right or look nothing close to what they advertise. I hate sending food back that may get spit on🤦🏻♀️. There's 2 particular carhoppers that just really need a course in customer service. It's sad. Ontop of my latest visit and fist time trying this Twisted Texan Cheeseburger and it didn't even come with the onion strings. And why does everytime we order mozzarella sticks it doesn't come with marinara! It's frustrating! Lol. Specifically on the app it comes with marinara and doesn't have an option to even remove or add marinara sauce. Otherwise there are a couple of motivated carhoppers that enjoy their job and its nice to see that. I always try tipping those that are hustling and go that extra mile for their customers! I advise to order online. And sometimes it's so packed I just park in an open area and flag a carhop down and ask for my food. No biggie. But it does take them a really long time to answer you, at the station to take your order. I stick to online ordering.

The Marlandwood Lane, Temple location. I had an online order. I picked it up and had a really good hop. However, when I got home, instead of my Bacon Jam burger, I had 2 pieces of dry bread and a dry beef patty. I called the restaurant and told them my problem. So, I had to go all of the way back, bring them the dry burger for proof, to have them replace it, with no kind of apologies or supplement for MY inconvenience and THEIR mistake. Come on people, when we have to waste our gas and time to come back so you can fix a HORRIBLE mistake, dry bread with a dry patty...the least that could be given is a free drink or coupon for the next visit. I guess the days of restaurants making it right are all gone.
