Best fast food restaurant in Temple, Texas (TX) 2024

Quick fast friendly service. Pulled up and was immediately greeted. So fast the gentleman walked away while I was requesting for some sauce packets and seasoning. Food was hot and fresh but sadly no packets were given for sauce or seasoning. Very disappointed too because I had someone out of town that’s never had Bush’s before so I was trying to give them a full experience. Especially with the new prices y’all should make sure everything is satisfactory for customers. Some tenders were questionably small. ~CTX

Our food was thrown in the bag, our burgers where soggy. We called and speaked to a lady (who’s name may not be said) who told us she would replace it tomorrow. Then the store manger Dora, called back to argue that her staff was not in the place to tell us that and if we wanted to get a different foot long coney tomorrow we would have to bring the gross one back along with the burger. Day old food back to her restaurant. After her staff assured us we could get a meal replacement tomorrow. Corporate will be called. We have been here before with problems of taking 20 minutes to get out 4 drinks while staff stands there and talks. Then asked to speak to the manger and had to wait another 5-10 minutes to talk to the manger. ~Laurali
