I recently had 3 cars serviced for oil changes and got a free car wash included. The first incident was my car which looked like oil had exploded under the hood and was smoking right after I left the place. Months later, Thinking it was just a fluke and loving the free car wash I went back and took my truck and sons car. They completely missed checking tire pressures and topping off fluids and didn't even notify me that my truck was low on coolant or that my sons tire pressure was really low. As a result the truck over heated and my sons tire blew both happening the DAY AFTER service here!!! DO NOT have your oil changed here please GO anywhere else, they are horrible.

Stopped using them because every time. I have to make them revaccum my floors. Dash still dirty. I have a 2 year old and last time they just left food in the middle of the floor. We remove everything but floor mats. We installed a new carpets. So floors are not that dirty. Broke the antenna off never said anything just threw it in the truck. Was bring my 3 cars but I guess I'll find someone else to detail my vehicle.

I honestly think I would’ve been better taking my car to H-E-B automatic wash. First off when I got my car back there was still crumbs left Everywhere but I decided I just would give them the benefit of the doubt because the driver side of my car looked good. However when I parked at home and looked around on the other side there was water spots all over the passenger side that wouldn’t come off with dish soap that wouldn’t come off with water or any rag. When I took my car back they told me I would have to pay EXTRA To get them removed because I park next to a sprinkler even though I park under a carport that completely covers my car and we don’t own any sprinklers. He eventually started to take the spots off and damaged my car but the huge stain when I told him about the damage he replied that it was already there even though I have a video less than 24 hours prior that shows no damage to be seen. He eventually polishes it off and now I am driving home still with a car that does not even look like it was professionally detailed. DO NOT COME HERE. You’ll be much better off washing your car with a steel brush and a bottle of dish soap EDIT: whatever they used on my windows striped the protective layer on the chrome around my windows and permanently damaged it.

On Saturday August 13,2022 I took my vehicle in to get fully detailed from top to bottom and took around 3 hours to complete. I took the vehicle home and did not drive the vehicle for about a week then while entering the vehicle there was visible mold on the seats and carpet which I ended up fixing my self .Another week went by then noticed smudges on the front driver and passenger side windows upon inspection the tint was peeling off! Took the vehicle in it is now September 3,2022 told them the issues I had with the vehicle since bringing it to them. They were rude and disrespectful very unprofessional yelling saying it was my fault . They failed to provide me owners name and information and also failed to provide insurance information but there will be a claim filled against them. Just a truly unprofessional way to act towards one’s customers and run a business. Don’t recommend using this place just so this does not happen to anyones else’s vehicle! On 7/09/2022, I went to have my vehicle washed as usual and had an encounter with a discourteous cashier . I handed her my debit card to process the bill. After which she placed my card on the counter, handed me a receipt full of attitude. I then requested the air freshener that wasn't being offered to me. I was given what was requested with a look as if she did not appreciate me asking for what is normally given to you with a car wash. I spoke to the manager who advised that he would speak to her and of course he came in and they had a conversation in Spanish. Just because one doesn't look like you doesn't give one the right to be indifferent with others. As I sat in the waiting area, I noticed her attitude with everyone that was another nationality other than hers being treated differently.

I dropped my SUV off yesterday to be detailed. I had some water spots on one side of my vehicle from our sprinkler that I needed removed. I was told that I would need a "Clay Bar Treatment" and that it was "a little more expensive", in which I agreed assuming it would be a little bit more. Absolutely not, when I went to go pick up my car, they tried to charge me $355.00. I looked at them in absolute shock. " A little bit more" versus $200-$250 more are two totally different ends of the spectrum. I come here routinely and have never paid more that $150 MAX and that was to shampoo the inside as well. I told the guy that was ridiculous and he should have absolutely clarified the price, considering a significant amount like that. None the less, I got him down to $300.00, still absolutely INSANE, but I needed to get my car. Once I got back to work, I noticed ALL the spots they missed. I have water marks still on the side mirror and rims. There are crumbs inside the vehicle that were missed. The car was NOT cleaned inside with the armor all. I still have milk splattered on my screen/center area from my kid. Dog hair is still in the trunk and dust is still on my dashboard AND my steering wheel. it looks like they took a dry towel and wiped off the inside. No cleaner, no trying to get any residue off the seats. Absolutely ridiculous! I took pictures of everything as well. For this money, my car should be SPOTLESS inside. I have been going here for years for an oil change and the free car wash that comes with it. For the free car wash I'm not complaining they always do a great job and go the extra mile with clean out car seats and moving stuff around and vacuuming. They also do a great job wiping the outside and inside down. They have always been friendly and nice to my kiddos and I when we go. I recommend getting the oil change and free car wash.

Today I visited the carwash to get my car washed. They did a no good job even though I gave them a good tip considering I paid $25 for a bad job. On top of that ..they stole/ took my car charger. I came back after about 2 hours to speak to the manager. He pulled the No speak English card...I had to get another guy to translate/ fix the problem. (He the black guy replied " we do not have this kind of problem" Really because my charger was gone at your place of business..2 minutes later my charger showded up by one of the emplyees..and the manager that did not speak English said I am SORRY.. The lesson is do not take your car to be washed at this business because you'll lose something and get a bad Wash

Let me just start off by saying.... IF YOU LOVE YOUR CAR, MONEY AND VALUE YOUR TIME.. THIS ISN’T THE PLACE FOR YOU. I took my two door convertible here to get a “hand wash”. I was told the price was 45 dollars. 45 dollars is pricy to the average Joe like me... but it’s a hand wash so no biggie. I was told the wash included an interior cleaning and vacuum (later told vacuum only). Sooo.... I stepped out of the car and stood outside and watched them get started. They devoted about 2 minutes to the vacuuming and while doing so used a dirty floor sweeper to scrub the windshield and front bumper... they then drove the car around the building and parked it next to the entrance of their automated carwash drive through were all the dirty water from the other cars entering was splashing on my car after their “not so devoted hand wash”. I noticed the gentleman washing the car in a very rushed and careless manner run the sponge across the car missing spots that I knew for sure they would touch up after. I noticed his clothing appeared soiled so I didn’t want him driving the car to the front where they clean the interior. I politely volunteered to move my own car to the front and while doing so, noticed the carpets were filthy... all that was vacuumed was a top heavy layer of leaves. The drivers side mat was covered in dust and when lifted, I discovered leaves underneath... it’s like they didn’t even try. At this point I reminded myself that their job wasn’t done and I shouldn’t sit there and be “that customer”. After the car was brought to the front, the same guy who washed the outside proceeded to dry the exterior, touch up the areas he deemed “missed” and applied tire shine to the tires. At this point I noticed several dirty spots on the car I saw he was skipping over... I had to point out and remind this guy several times to clean those spots... (he had an attitude about it). Soon after he said.. “okay its done” and asked me for a “ticket” which was never given to me. I looked inside the car and saw the carpets were still filthy. I asked, “did y’all not vacuum?”, to which he replied, “ yes... the dirt you see is from you when you moved it” (see attached pictures and be the judge of that lol). He then offered to place me back in line to have my car re vacuumed. I explained to him I had no time left and had to go. I told him the job done was not worth 45 dollars and I would be requesting them to discount the price. He offered to take 10 dollars off (a half done job). I told him I felt 30 dollars was more appropriate. He stated no way he could do that. He took the mat out of my car and struck it with his hand and a plume of dust came off and blanketed the drivers side of my car *facepalm*. This is when things got worse, I asked to speak to the manager who I politely greeted and began to explain the situation to. He immediately began making excuses for the half done job saying “we are very busy” (which they were not) and a slew of other “it’s not our fault” statements. He then told me I had to pay full price and insisted I had enough time to wait to have my car vacuumed. He even said “we could of vacuumed your car again with all this time you’ve spent here talking”. All while this conversation is going on... he’s trying to touch up and remove leaves out of my floor board. I told him to step away and that I would pay the 45 dollars but that I would leave this review. IMMEDIATELY his cellphone came out and he started videoing me saying “okay well I’m gonna make a review on you too” 😂😂 really?? Knowing I’m running late now, instead of giving me my ticket so I can go inside and pay full price for a half done job so I can leave, he sits there with his camera and refuses to give me my ticket. I go inside to pay where his female cashier stares at me with a dirty look (had no idea she was already made aware that I was a “problem customer”. I attempt to pay and she said “where’s your ticket?”. Worst carwash ever.... I’m out of space to type.... check out the attached pictures. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE FOLKS.
