Their store brand is better the national brands in a lot of different products. Even their cheese puffs are better. I just wish they had more Chinese food products. I cook a lot of Chinese.

HEB has been a staple for Uvalde for as long as I can remember. It usually has great low prices and the meat and vegetables are pretty good

HEB, what can you say? Always good. Been going here for over 2 years now. No complaints. Staff is exceptional. I like going early morning. Beat the crowds. As it does get very busy. HEB is the Texas store!

It can get crowded pretty quickly and only a few registers open if you prefer a human over a computer but they usually open up more when one or more of the human registers get to many people in line and the self checkout can get pretty backed up as well

Typical HEB. Good selection of products. Better price on Wagyu beef strips than on the Gulf Coast so take advantage of that.

This is an update from about 4 months ago! I was very remiss in not doing this review much sooner. I had spoken to the produce manager about the organic produce having dwindled down. I’m very happy to report that he responded in the most positive manner!!! He rectified the situation immediately! He even brought in organic garlic at special request. I was extremely impressed with his customer service!!!

This is your standard HEB experience. More variety in certain areas like yogurts would be nice, but it's adequate. Also more things available on curbside vs. in store would be nice, but again the existing standard is adequate.
