WoW! Friendly is an understatement for this place! Walk in and No Greeting, No Acknowledgement that you're even in the store. Stand at the register for 8 mins before the clerk walks up! Not one smiling face anywhere behind the counter! Hmmmm.... Will find a better Pharmacy!

Only pharmacy I use for at least 17 or 18 years. I love that they're prompt and it's sooooo easy to call in refills. Plus--- they're less $$ than anyone else; that includes insurance co-pays as well. ❤

This pharmacy has the longest hours of any single location pharmacy I have ever known. Gary is there 6 days a week and I have personally seen him open on Sunday and meet a customer in need. If you shop local then big box stores won’t run all the businesses in our town out of business, but more importantly you will get great service and better prices too.

Never open when I need my meds. Once I stood at the counter waiting for service and got ignored for 10 minutes before I finally had to holler at somebody to ask if I was going to get service. Wont update their number. The one on the pill bottle isnt correct. (I informed them of this twice several months ago) . Calling to get a prescription refilled, the guy didn't ask what information he needed. Just sat silently waiting for me to guess what information he wanted next. Zero helpfulness. Complete lack of customer service it's like no one wants to be there, and they dont WANT customers. I finally decided to switch to Walmart permanently. It's worth paying the little bit extra for the reliability and peace of mind.

Excellent pharmacy. The people here treat you like family. They take the time to know their customers on a first name basis. You just don't get this level of service at the big chain pharmacies. I will only go here.

This pharmacy has been in Vidor for many, many years. They were always there when my mother was very ill and pasted. When I lived in Beaumont I would drive to Vidor just to use Gary. We are very blessed to have such a pharmacy that operates with such respected integrity and knowledge. Everyone there is so very personable and kind. Give them a try. I think you will be quite impressed with the service.

This is the BEST pharmacy! They are very personable and kind! I never want to go back to a chain-corporation pharmacy again. I recommend them highly. Can't say enough good things about Mr. Gary and ALL his staff!
