Searched on Google and even called on a Saturday.... Said they close at 7, drove over 30 minutes and they closed at 6 😡

If I was able to give zero stars I would. A customer who was just not wanting to accept the answer the lady behind the counter gave him, became upset. The lady who was working decided to start cussing him out and was very unprofessional. She proceeded to say she would come over the counter and whoop his you know what! While he was standing right next to me! She had no care of other customers safety or professionalism! All of this took place while on the phone with her boss. They both laughed about it afterwards! The cops were called by another employee and showed up within 10 mins. I would not visit unless needed!

The staff at the East waco Dr location are the best employees this company has. They are always happy, always willing to help and Amanda has the best relation skills. The other locals could learn a thing or 2 from this store.

To start the first star is for the place as I walked in I see smiling faces the second star is for the items it wasn't all over the place the third star is for the people when I went in I was greeted properly as I walked in and even while I was purching the last 2 stars are because of cj not only did he help but he was quick and moved with urgency when I was making some choices he really deserved more stars but I can only rate 5

I tried to pawn my amazon firestick and this big light-skinned employee that worked there told me i i couldnt pawn it because it has an account on it and then tried to call me slow by saying you might not have caught on to what im saying but its funny cause i go to the ez pawn on my side of town and they gave me $30 for it i i dont understand why he couldnt do it cause its the same pawn company i will never go here ever again
