DO NOT GO TO ANGELA!!! She cut HALF of my sons hair, then totally messed up in the back. Spent the whole time talking about her new clippers, yet couldn't cut hair even halfway decent!!! Ally, the manager, did make it right, but only AFTER we wasted time driving up there, going home and letting him take a shower did we realize how bad Angela screwed up, and had to drive all the way back up there for Ally to fix it.

I love going here, but you have to schedule early. They’re so good, they’re always packed. But they will send you a text 15 minutes before your appointment. You do have to plan this out. And of all the services listed I’m supposed to select, a haircut wasn’t one of them

They left my husbands hair looking terrible! It was about hour wait to even get started, when we had an appointment. It’s over priced for the quality that you receive. The “MVP” experience was not worth it at all considering how uncomfortable my husband felt and how he hates his cut! The inside wasn’t that clean as well. The stylist “Kenzie” did not seem to know what she was doing either, even when trying to talk to her and show pictures to help guide her as she seemed lost. My boyfriend and I where in the area visiting from PA. I don’t let anyone cut my hair but my hairdresser due to too many mess ups. And my bf doesn’t let just anyone trim his beard and Madison was amazing. I love my cut and he loved his. She was enjoyable to talk with and made the experience fun. I would go back to her anytime. Checked in online for 2 haircuts & 1 bread trim. We started to head that way. As soon as we got there. We meet Andrea (my boys call her Andi). She greeted us with great customer service to help us check in. She even got my 7 year old twin boys to carry on a conversation with her and made sure they were comfortable during the haircuts. My boys said they only want her to cut their hair from now on. They loved the experience. She made us feel like priority and made sure we were satisfied with the hair cut. She was not pushing us out the door to get the to the customer but she did do it in a timely manner. Andrea we greatly appreciate the awesome experience.
