We had a captain named Josh Granillo, Josh showed up when he said he would, and worked quickly on the installation. He explained what needed to occur for the installation and made quick work of it. Once finished he educated us on the system and informed us on how it worked. Josh was friendly, neat, and knowledgeable we can only hope we will get someone with his work ethic when we move again. Keep up the great work Josh.

I love my new alarm system it's totally convenient and easy to use even my grandmother can use it. But it is by no means simple in fact it's quite complex yet the price is beyond reasonable.no matter the size of your home. They have something to cover all kinds of setups. I personally received aid from an employee George Cantu who was so descriptive and careful with his explanation of the system that I had no problem trusting this company and it's employees to provide my home with the most affordable protection available.

Had the pleasure of meeting Cale Herell when I first moved down to Houston from New England. Great guy and super professional. Even when I ran into some technical issues, he responded after hours on a Friday evening and got someone to call me first thing Monday morning to help resolve the issue.

I wanted to switch the home security service due to broken equipment and high monthly fee. Therefore I have called a few companies to compare the price and service. I finally chose Allied Home Security due to: 1. Competitive price: the Houston sales manager David V gave me a reasonable price match with a one-time initial fee and low monthly fee. He even emailed me a sample contract with all details we discussed. 2. Proactive attitude: David V messaged me with a comfortable time interval to check if I have made my decision on the service company without any push for the past few weeks, which I am much appreciated. 3. Response time: when I called for questions, the response time is very short compared to my previous service. 4. Fast service appointment: after I agreed with the contract, the installation was made right away in the next day morning. 5. Professional installation service: the technical Josh G called and left a voice mail 30 mins before the appointment and he arrived even 5 mins earlier! He thoroughly inspected all sensors and showed me how to use the system on the panel as well as cell phone app. 6. Local company: I would like to support local business. I had concern on the local only call center, since there are a few times power outrage due to the natural disaster in the past years. But David V said they have emergency power for 3 days which should be enough for most of the cases. I would highly recommend Allied Home Security!

Starting with the presentation from Cale, he was professional,Knowledgeable and willing to call and find an answer to any question he couldn’t answer about the installation. His level of customer service lets me know he’s not selling a service but that he wants to make sure the customers are comfortable with there decision.
