Pathetic and sad when you finally find something and an employee says I can't purchase item cause price tag was wrong. Took to back and marked it up from 4.99 to 50 bucks. Done shopping goodwill!

It is every store's right to make their own rules, but one would think that they would look at the trends around them. At the very least, be consistent. I went there about a week ago after avoiding it for a long time due to their mask requirements - by the way, the only thrift stores in our area that requires them. They still require masks and, to their credit, they provided one when I said I did not have one with me. However, the four ladies who asked me to put it on where standing close to one another talking with their masks UNDER their noses. If you want to enforce such outdated rules, at least be consistent and wear the masks properly. Next time I will take a picture and send it to corporate.

Being kicked out of a store because I don’t want to wear a mask is absolutely ridiculous. The lady was really rude and why are you going to enforce the mask rule if you don’t wear it correctly!? Every employee was wearing their mask below the nose. The masks are useless and do absolutely nothing.

Always have a pleasant experience here. The staff is always nice and respectful. They never rush their customers or treat them in an ill-mannered way. I’m always greeted with kindness when I enter into the store. I probably spend too much at Goodwill, but you can’t beat the prices or the customer service. I’ll go to this location before I battle traffic on the loop in Tyler any day.
