Moved into a new house, got my address from Smith county 911, walked into the post office and was told "oh yeah we just got your address from 911, all you have to do is stick a mailbox out there." Over a week later we finally have our first package sent to our new address, and the USPS in Whitehouse Texas returned to sender because our address assigned to us by Smith County 911 and confirmed received by them "doesn't exist"

USPS in Tyler and Whitehouse and Martin Luther King Blvd all are absolutely terrible. I’ve received the run around on multiple occasions for which post office actually delivers to my mailbox. More than a dozen times my mail has been not only late, but over a month and a half late and or not delivered at all. I have complained multiple times and yet the same issue continues. They have claimed the wrong address number and “updated the address several times” yet still have issues. I have even corrected the names inside of the box to reflect my personal and business. I could not make it any more simple than I have. I’ve spoken with the drivers that deliver to my mailbox as well to make certain they knew the correct box. As if Reading the mail was not enough. I am absolutely fed up with their lack of care and incompetence. I will be taking this up with higher powers as I feel that when they fail to do their job they put myself and others at odds with untimely or lack of delivery period…they take no responsibility whatsoever. Outrageous and pathetic.

I received an email that the package of my medications have arrived today and it was delivered to an individual however I am the only person at home so I am assuming they left it in another house. Called the post office and they could not give me an answer. Those are my maintenance medications. Hopefully they can trace where they left them.

I am a very patient person. I treat everyone respectfully who does the same to me. I am contacting the postmaster about the lady in the Whitehouse office. She needs to find another line of work and I'm going to help her along in finding that next career. Her misery and detestable attitude should not be projected on customers, who pay her salary. Also, package sabotage. She thinks I don't know, but she will soon. In short: use FedEx or UPS if you live in Whitehouse, our postmaster obviously doesn't care about this behavior. Cheers !

Fast, secure service! Great friendly staff! I I really enjoy this location. Even though people are rude and inconsiderate to them they keep their composure and do their job correctly. Very helpful with any issues.

I understand the post office is understaffed but I’m not getting checks I need to survive. Also my electric bill just arrived 2 days past the due date. Very upsetting.

Someone here is stealing packages. We've had multiple packages never appear to even be attempted even though our home is right on the road. People at the office itself assure us they have been delivered but we're here with no Christmas presents and having already been charged. Watch out everyone, there are thieves working here.
