I stopped visiting this location due to the inability to have hot food ready at 5 am (posted time Laredo Taco Company opens). Each time, I was told that food would be ready at 6 am. Why would a customer want to wait that long for breakfast food. There many other competitors in the area that seem to be able to handle food service at 5 am.

Ever since 7 eleven took over the gas station has gone down hill and fast. Pumps are always broken trash cans are rarely emptied regularly . 7 eleven is bad news.

The girl working Sunday morning is a bit rude. People walk up to order, they greet her & all you get from her is a attitude especially since I was here to order 12 breakfast tacos. What happened to greeting your customers with a good morning or hello.

Got a chicken enchilada plate last week, it was swimming in Salsa Verde. I took it to work, started eating it, there were bones in it. I went today got a beef enchilada plate. I took it to work, cut the enchiladas up. They were swimming in grease and the meat was burnt. I'll never get an enchilada plate again from this Laredo

This morning got tacos and gas. Long line due to only one young cashier working the front. I paid for gas with my debit card. Pump only gave me .31 of gas. Asked cashier to move the remainder to another pump or give me a refund. He informed me he didnt know how to do that. Needed a manager. Manager not in. Its 7 a.m. would think you need a manager and another cashier at this time. Very displeased. Gotta try and get my refund when the manager feels like showing up. Stupidity

Yesterday i went to get some tacos. The woman was handling loads of raw freaking chicken! I asked for some tacos and she doesnt change her gloves puts the raw chicken contaminated gloves all over the tortillas and even pilut her hand in the eggs. Ive nevee seen anything like this. I jist told her im going to pass. I didnt want to cause a scene maybe i should have

Yummy tacos but hey, lets get it done right at least! We go here possibly twice per month to get tacos on the weekend for a family of 5. If you have several tacos to order, stand and watch while they are being made because if not, you will be going home with a completely different order. We asked for several kinds in which she wrote everything down, but when opening at home, all were one kind, SERIOUSLY! So just stand and watch, bc they are very busy and cant remember everything.

I love coming there in the morning when the manager is there. She is so sweet and loves to help out anyway she can. I always go back because of her and the other cashier that works with her. Their food is fresh everyday.

Went in one morning for breakfast tacos and the store was looking kind of rough but I saw Jose and Tyler get right on it and worked extremely hard to get the store looking 100%. Never seen such a good tag team like that they just fed off each others energy. I see how this stripes maintains a great store 24/7 because of workers like Tyler and Jose. To bad there manager ed doesn't show the same traits, he obviously doesn't believe in leading by example, just saw him stand around for like 30 minutes doing nothing. Definitely should find someone else for that position.

I was here this morning buying breakfast tacos which are always great thats why thr line is always long and it takes awhile to order but the cashier Ed was noticing the line and offered to take our orders before we got up there thats great customer service Ed is always fast and efficient every time i come up here. He's a great worker. Need more like him.
