My husband just came home with his best haircut ever! He was so impressed with the salon and the staff there. He said that before his stylist began, she discussed with him what cut he wanted, then afterwards there was another consultation by the store manager to find out if they’d met his expectations, if there was anything else they could do to make his experience even better, etc. Impressive!! It’s so nice to find a business that actually cares about their clients! Services: Haircut, Shave

My husband went in for a head shave and beard trim. The head shave was fine, but the lines on the beard are uneven on the jaw line, the shave didn't clean up down the neck, and...THEY SHAVED OFF HIS EYEBROWS!! Update with management reaching out - the last name is Carter (Sayen is my maiden name). Please let me know how best to reach out. I do have a couple pictures. Thanks

Probably the worst haircut I’ve had in my adult life. I asked for something very simple, #2 on the sides, finger length on top. I got nearly shaved bald on the sides and 3 inches on top. It looks awful. I was also never facing the mirror, so I couldn’t correct as the cut was happening. Will never return. Service: Scissor cut

Love this spot. Sharla is the best. The whole team is great here. And they treat you good. If you come in thirsty or want something to drink, you never have to ask. I gladly give them a five-star and would send My family, friends and loved ones there in a heartbeat. Rock on Roosters.

Sit back...Grab a cold one!! Whether its water or a brew, you will enjoy Rooster's for their quality cuts and shaves! I highly recommend Sharla and Miss May! They are both fantastic at what they do! If you are looking for a comfortable atmosphere and a great cut...Do not sleep on this gem!

Tried to book online and the booking system never sent me an activation code so had to call. Asked for a haircut and beard trim when I called to book, I waited 15 minutes over my appointment, I sit in the chair and ask to have my hair faded up (not a bald fade)with a trim on top. My hair was cut with a 1 guard all over and no beard trim occurred. I did not say anything bc the person over the phone confirmed and the service should have been performed. This is the 1st time I have ever used Roosters and it will be the last. I read the sign on the mirror about the bs of listening, the stylist was too busy talking the entire time & trying to show me something on her phone. Obviously you need to change your mission statement bc the service was literally only half performed. I’m not going to express this to the stylist or staff bc the hair cut I wanted never happened & my hair is already done & unsatisfactory. This all took an hour as well. Literal waste of time and money for something I could have had my wife do at home instead of driving 30 minutes to a “professional” shop. I tipped bc I believe in it & the stylist is not a bad person but she is bad at listening.

I went for shaping a beard and wanted to also get my son a quick clean with moustache and sideburns. The receptionist was nice and stated $15 for me and my son's was complimentary. When we get there, the stylist charges $15 for both. The receptionist told her that she quoted something different but she stuck to the double charge. My husband likes getting his and our 3 boys their hair cuts here, better then most places around Wylie and Sachse. But he went to see ginger all the time and unfortunately she is no longer there. He recently went to see someone else" won't give out their name" and received a decent hair cut. Missed a few area's of his hair but not too noticeable, but for the price anyone could hope for a little better then decent. But still a good place for a man's/ boys cut
