Horrible! They only care about getting their payments first instead of saving the life of the animal. Wouldn’t even let me work out a payment arrangement. I brought my cat in cause of a tooth injury & he was starving to death. I asked them if I could make a payment arrangement for only 3 days later. I wouldn’t take any of your animals there for quality care. You won’t get it. I won’t be going back to them ever again. I don’t trust vets that care more about the money than saving the life of the animal. I went to a different clinic that actually helped my cat & I.

These are the folks you want when you have an emergency. These are also the folks you want when you need routine care. On more than one occasion I have had to call after hours and not only do they answer the phones, they take top notch care of my pets, with plenty of explanations and never making you were overreacting or feel bad for keeping them late. The staff is so kind and caring and we never hesitate to trust Dr. Mitchell and staff with our fur babies. Thank you North Cache Vet!

I brought my beardie in for a check up and surgery. They took such good care of her and answered all of my questions. I felt very comfortable with the staff and knew she would be in good hands. If you have a reptile in need of care I definitely recommend this vet!

Such a bad experience. I waited for like 25 minutes before the receptionist even talked to me to check me in. They restrained my cat horribly and he kept falling off the table trying to get away. The dr said like two words to me and then they rushed me out with a medicine that wasn’t even labeled correctly. They didn’t swab his ears. The exam room we were in had random equipment and an open doorway on the side so I had to make sure he wouldn’t escape out of the room. They were rough and unprofessional and I left feeling very anxious and overwhelmed.

This has been my family vet all my life. I presently am not at this vet due to moving out of state, but don’t doubt for a second that I wouldn’t take my dogs back if need be. Dr Mitchell is the most responsive reliable vet I have ever had! Your animals are safe with him!
