Matt was awesome. We blew a tire in our trailer and he hooked me up with a new tire and another full spare. Then gave me directions to a store to get some needed supplies. Excellent customer service and very appreciative

We had a blowout + a separation halfway through a 3-day road trip and Matt took care of us and got four new tires installed and got us back on the road quickly. In addition, he took the time to make sure my mother was comfortable while they hustled to get the work done and he skipped his own lunch to make it happen. I loved how they even after finding the main problem suggested fixing another thing which would help the car in the long run! I also got the car back sooner than I expected which was great!! Now I know I have a reliable and great place to come back to!

So far my experience with our OK Tires on the Santaquin bench was excellent. They did the routine maintenance without an appointment when they were obviously busy, plus my online renewal. New tires were recommended and it was very clearly shown to me why. Explanations of each grade of tire with quotes were given to me with no pressure. The gentleman who worked with me was super professional - I wish I’d gotten his name- seemed like a manager. I’ll consider my options before choosing tires and take our other car there for it’s service. Have stopped by numerous times for air pressure or tire repair. Always courteous:)

Recently my truck had some major engine problems and was overheating as I exited the freeway in Santaquin. I quickly pulled into the Big O parking lot and shut it down. It was right before closing time. I checked the oil and discovered it was very low. I asked the manager there if he sold any quarts of oil that I could buy and add to my truck. He didn't, but even though it was now after hours, he offered to pump some in a jug and fill it up that way. After filling it, we attempted to start the truck. It started, but was making rattling noises. Not a good sign. The owner happened to be there and listened to the engine and determined that there was serious damage and we shut it down. Stranded, I didn't know what to do. To my surprise, the owner offered to drive me home! I told him that I couldn't guarantee that I would be fixing it or giving him business. He didn't care and was also willing to let my truck sit there through the holiday weekend until I could figure it out. He took the time to drive me home! I returned a couple days later and offered to pay for the oil they gave me, but they wouldn't take anything. These are my kind of people and I certainly will use them in the future. I highly recommend this Big O! Thanks guys!

These guys are knowledgeable, respectable and provide great customer service. I’ve never been a fan of Big O but this location is different. Matt and his team have taken care of my family multiple times. They are honest and always have my families best interest in mind. Great place to go for your Automotive needs. I highly recommend them.

Thank y’all so much, Ware To Go Doggy Transportation greatly appreciates it for getting us on the road to get these fur babies to their new homes as quickly as possible!

We got a flat tire driving from Idaho to Vegas and called literally 5 minutes before they closed and they were able to get us in. They all had good attitudes when we got there and were so nice!! They got us in and out and did it with a smile. If I lived here I would definitely make them my one stop shop for all my tire needs. 10/10 recommend

Had a few tires on our boat trailer fixed and rotated in Provo at a different tire shop and by the time we drove the 20 miles to Santaquin, one of the wheels started to wobble so we got off the exit immediately. We pulled into the Big O parking lot right as it broke off completely. It was 30 minutes after the shop had already closed but there were still a few guys cleaning up and Luis immediately ran out to help when he saw us pulling in and could see the issue. They got everything drivable so that we could make it home as it was getting late and all of the studs were broken off and we didn't have a spare that would fit. They are such amazing people and we are so grateful for them and helping us out when they didn't have to.
