The store is great people and products BUT the gas station part rude it's now 10:20 (closes at 11:000) and I needed gas paying with cash I get a look when I tell the girl, I apologize and she says I'm just counting down but it doesn't matter it happens all the time she rings it up hands me my change doesn't ask about rewards and turns away without a word. I know it sucks I've been there but that's what comes with the territory like it or not!

The last three times I have come here there has been a problem with the sales prices not applying at checkout. It seems dishonest to me that they probably assume people won't check and will pay whatever price is told to them. Double check all your receipts when shopping here, and don't ask for help from the employees apparently. I overhead an employee making a customer go take a picture of a sale price to "prove" it was on sale. Obviously it's a repeated problem if they were having issues as well (and me having problems 3 times now). I dont think making customers walk away from their carts to find an item in the store to prove your own sale price is the way to handle things. Customer service was very helpful and nice in fixing the problem at least!

While i love this store, once again our shopping was cut short due to the latex balloons. Please, please, PLEASE! Get rid of the latex balloons for your shopper who are allergic!

This place used to be my go to but lately they dont even update prices and hope you dont notice at the register. They have lost our business and winco will be getting it from now on

Overall for the most part food is ok. Check dates of food. There freezer goes out quite regular. Making thing not so cold. Have had several things expired from produce section, corn on cob. Also fruit jello. Other Smith's close by I've been to, seem to have fresher items. With up to date, DATES. People there are friendly. Store needs to be gone through a little better on the stocking. With the expiration dates.

I'm writing this review not just as a customer but also as someone that has had the privilege of working there. The staff is absolutely amazing and really busts their butts. In the almost 9 months or so that I was there I had the opportunity to watch this little store really grow. Its still blossoming. I love everyone there. The store management is extremely supportive and takes very good care of their employees as well as the customers.

So much for fresh produce, the bags of lettuce/salad, boxes of strawberries & bags of grapes were mostly rotten, slimy & moldy. These pictures really don't do the nastiness justice. It's truly disgusting how rotten this produce was, bags full of brown mushy, moldy grapes, green furry strawberries, and black slimy lettuce. They should be ashamed of themselves for this quality. Especially when their commercials brag about their produce.

This is such a great store. I make it a point to stop and visit this store when I'm in sunset. The store is always clean and nice. The store personal are fantastic, always willing to help when needed. The produce department is outstanding, they have great displays and stock all the wonderful products I love to buy. Keep the the great job Smiths in sunset!

Smith's Food and Drug Android has the best prices anywhere I've been in Utah, when it comes to drug prices customer satisfaction and last but not least employee Pride to go above and beyond, I saved $140 switching to this Pharmacy I went from 200 and 15 a month to $86 a month for the exact same prescription with absolutely no insurance.
