The experience at this CVS pharmacy is unacceptable. I've called 3 times trying to get a prescription filled. Each time they tell me it's been ordered. But then I call back to check on the status and it starts over again. The last time I waited on the phone for over an hour. If you need medication I would suggest you do not take your prescriptions to this store.

The worst CVS I have ever gone to. I just want to forewarn people to NEVER go to this CVS. There is a reason why it is rated so low & I honestly wish that CVS as a company would investigate this store because they are awful. The male pharmacist & one female pharmacist are absolutely RUDE for no reason. I was nothing but kind & just coming to pick up my order! I caused no issues to be treated this way each time!!! I’ve had them both shake their head at me & say such terrible things to me, for just simply asking a question. Healthcare workers should be empathetic, compassionate, and have a heart to help others. It is obvious that these pharmacists hate their jobs. The one female pharmacist who only works part time is great. The only person I’ve had a good experience with & I’ve thanked her for that.

I cannot say enough good things about this CVS location. First and foremost the manager of this store really runs a tight ship, walk in the door and you are instantly given a friendly greeting, then if you look around everything is neat, clean, and organized. If you have questions the staff is knowledgeable and can point you in the direction of whatever you might be looking for. The pharmacy is busy but you can tell they are hustling to help customers as quickly as they can. All in all all other CVS locations should take note and run their stores like this one.

I would give 0 stars it I could. Every time I have to pick up a prescription it is at least a 30min wait at the drive thru. My order will be done but I will have to wait for 3-5 cars in front of me. And each car takes 10-15 min. I am in the drive thru right now and we have not moved an inch in half an hour and there are still 4 people ahead of me. Not to mention the pharmacists are rude and do not care about your time or helping you. They are chatting and goofing off at the window or desk and they are in no hurry to help you. They are constantly messing up the prescriptions, not billing insurance, filling the wrong brand, etc. And then they act put out when I ask them to fix it. I can always here is the back ground the phone ringing and saying "you have 7 (or more) pharmacy calls" which means they aren't answering the phone either. I do not have hours to sit in the pharmacy just to pick up a prescription. I will definitely be switching to another pharmacy. Absolutely horrible service.

We ended up at CVS pharmacy extremely late after a dental emergency and being treated so rudely across the street at Walgreens. The Pharmacist was kind, professional and understanding and turned our long night around with his great customer service. Thank you!

It should never take 30-40 minutes to drop off a prescription at the drive thru pharmacy. This used to be a good location but it has gone downhill so badly. We wanted to keep coming here, but I think it is time to find a pharmacy that cares about their customers.

I was thinking of switching to this CVS so my wife could use the drive-up. NOT NOW! I went inside to get a prescription. 5 people in the pharmacy. What were they doing? Four of them were doing paperwork and computer entry. 5 people in line waiting. 3 phone calls waiting and being ignored. Cars in the drive-up that are ignored. The one customer being helped has multiple pages of prescriptions that they are poring over like they are going over last years records with them. After a half hour, they finally call a lady from stocking shelves out in the store to help. Meanwhile, no customers in the store, in the drive up or on the phone were actually getting their prescription.

In the last 24 hours I've worked with 2 different pharmasists at this location. Both had attitudes and could stop explaining why the prescription couldn't be filled. I had gone to the ER because of hives, and urgently needed this prescription filled. The pharmasist sent it back to the Dr because they didn't understand their instructions. So I waited till the next morning, and even then it is like pulling teeth to get this prescription from them. Any other pharmacy in the valley would be better! Or else you'll find yourself like me, crying in the waiting room as you wait for your prescription trying to reason with unreasonable pharmacists.

The sales associate followed me and my husband everywhere we went. I have selected some items I went to self checkout. Why always checking out these items a sales associate yelled across the store that she needed to help us with those items. I said no thank you we've got caught it. She continued to say rude things I asked her to please stop talking to me like that she continued to y'all my husband asked her to please stop talking. To my wife that way. She continued to be very rude then she came over in between me and my husband and grabbed all of the items I had checked out ripped it out from under us and started screaming get out of the store. I have never experienced so much disrespect straight up profiling. I'm straight-up an ignorant human being if this is the way the stuff precedes and treats their customers I definitely will not be shopping at any CVS ever again. My husband is tattooed that is not a right to treat people with disrespect. I'm absolutely appalled by the situation.

You can’t get anyone to answer the phone. I requested a prescription the night before going to the store. 3 hours before going to the store I called to see if it was ready, it was not and the automated system said I could “notify the pharmacist that I’m on my way.” I did this. Arrived 3 hours later and it was still not ready. They told me 10 minutes. I waited 45 minutes before saying forget it and leaving. It has now been 2 hours and it is still not ready. If your employer is trying to save a buck on insurance and get a policy that strictly uses CVS, talk them out of it.
