Had all the things we needed to move but customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. We walked in and I didn’t think there was even an employee there since he didn’t say anything and sat behind the desk on his phone the entire time my boyfriend and I shopped. Didn’t bother to ask if we were finding everything okay. I work in customer service and I know a bad employee when I see one. I would have felt more comfortable if he was approachable or even cared to ask if we were doing okay finding everything.

I had multiple issues renting a one-way trailer from Virginia: the initial pickup location was closed for holiday so I had to be redirected somewhere else, they set my drop-off time earlier than my initial scheduling, and they directed me to return it to a hardware store that doesn't rent U-Hauls. I found this location to return the trailer and the owner was very understanding and accepting of my situation. Thank you for the help!

Seemingly great customer service but I was charged almost TWICE the price listed online to buy individual boxes. And my digital receipt wasn't itemized so I can't tell what I was charged for. Infuriating.

Terrible experience. Needed furniture dolly for move, I told them I'd be coming in Thursday or Friday after work around 4:30, they said come in anytime before 5. Made sure they had what I needed. Got out of work early and raced there to find out that they closed an hour early. Also didn't answer 15 minutes before the 4pm time they supposedly closed. Had to battle an hour's worth of traffic to and from downtown Burlington to get there and back for nothing. Another couple came and had the same thing happen to them. We were all livid. Don't bother. Go to an actual UHaul facility.

Went buy boxes and moving supplies before they closed and they closed 20 minutes minutes early. Couldnt be more frustrated. Bad business!
