Copy Ship Fax Plus advertises that they accept all UPS and FEDEX drop offs with a big sign on their door. Don't be fooled however, they do not accept any UPS or FEDEX returns that require to be scanned from a stamp on your phone. This is something they should add to the sign on their door otherwise it's false advertising. ~Marie

Had all the things we needed to move but customer service was the worst I’ve ever seen. We walked in and I didn’t think there was even an employee there since he didn’t say anything and sat behind the desk on his phone the entire time my boyfriend and I shopped. Didn’t bother to ask if we were finding everything okay. I work in customer service and I know a bad employee when I see one. I would have felt more comfortable if he was approachable or even cared to ask if we were doing okay finding everything. ~E.

Best parts store in Vermont. Knowledgeable staff. Wide range of OE and aftermarket parts, all reasonably priced. I've been dealing with Nate and Gary here for years, my dad's been a customer for decades. None of the typical parts store bs. ~Kyle

Had one of the best experiences with my car at Caron’s. Kyle was friendly and helped me get a new hood for my car within just a couple of days! The people who work here? Polite and great folks. The company however? Absolutely horrendous. Not only is the store in rather constant disarray, the products they get in are either missing prices, in the wrong spot, show the wrong quantity when ordering online, and much more. Not to mention the loads of other issues throughout the store you see with not only merchandise, but the food as well. Many times remain in the shelves for so long they end up expired MONTHS ago. It's not the employees faults, unfortunately. It's Walmart. Not enough employees, because they treat their staff like slaves and pay them about as much too. To the overworked and underpaid employees who work here: You're all awesome. ~Jonathan

I was so grateful for the convenient and timely attention that was given to our situation today. I was having issues with our key FOBS, called first thing this morning and was able to get in for diagnostics and repair. It wasn’t a big job for the team, but I was offered valet pick up and a loaner, and Damien who was our service navigator was super great to work with. Communication was efficient and thorough and I received in the moment texts on when the driver would be arriving. Thanks team! ~Lauren
