I was so grateful for the convenient and timely attention that was given to our situation today. I was having issues with our key FOBS, called first thing this morning and was able to get in for diagnostics and repair. It wasn’t a big job for the team, but I was offered valet pick up and a loaner, and Damien who was our service navigator was super great to work with. Communication was efficient and thorough and I received in the moment texts on when the driver would be arriving. Thanks team!

Had been taking my 2013 Volvo XC70 to Almartin Volvo for routine service and maintenance for several years. I called them today to follow up on the front brake pads and rotors replaced by them less than 27,000 miles ago which are now completely shot. Almartin Volvo service informed me that often brakes wear out at 20,000-30,000 and that this was not unusual and depends on how the vehicle is driven. This is the primary family vehicle that takes us on the occasional road trip, daily work commute on highway, and errands around town. My first set of brake pads and rotors on this exact vehicle lasted over 60,000 miles front and back. I have now taken my vehicle to our mechanic that works on our other vehicles to have the brake work done this time around and the cost is 60% of what I was quoted today by Almartin Volvo. Almartin not only overcharges for routine work and service but their work is subpar and is paired with terrible customer service. They have lost my business.

Told the car was ready. Web site says open until 6:PM. Arrived at 3:30,, via Uber, in the snow. Place was closed with no one there. Stood outside for 45 minutes waiting for an Uber home. $70 in Uber charges. There was no excuse for this. If they could call me to tell me that the car was ready, they could have called to say they were closing early, or at least posted on the web page when they would be closing. This is why I normally go to the Swedish Pit for service.

I drove 3 hours from NH to buy a Volvo from Almartin, they had what I wanted and Steven, the manager, was great to work with on putting together a deal I was happy with. Dennis was extremely professional and efficient with the paperwork, everything was ready to go when I arrived and the transaction was smooth and quick. We are so happy with our purchase and buying experience, would absolutely shop there again!

Horrible service, not trustworthy. Would never bring our xc60 back again. We bought it here to try and keep our business in the state. The worst mistake cost us a lot more and is still costing us. They tried weaseling out of warranty work. They never clean the car it smells like smoke when we get it back. We buy out of state because of Al Martin. Better prices, service, and the work is done correctly promptly. The 2-3 hour drive will save you thousands and you can remember what luxury service looks like. My name is Travis and I stand behind my review. Remember you can not comment on a review response, whatever they might respond here. No matter how good they make it sound, notice my review didn't change. This place would be a good fit for selling Honda's not luxury vehicles.

Worked with David Horn to purchase our CPO XC90. He was incredibly helpful and courteous. He made the whole process easy and got us in and out of the dealership when we closed on the deal in what felt like less than an hour. Everyone else I interacted with was great including Eddie the F&I manager. I work with a lot of car dealerships in my profession and Almartin stands out as being one of the best.

I recently purchased parts for a roof rack from Al Martin Volvo and was extremely pleased with the service. Josh in the parts department found the most cost effective way of replacing a broken part, then was gracious to come out to the car and install them. He is an extremely warm, articulate and wonderful individual. This is the kind of service which makes one want to do business with them in the future. Well done Josh!!

I am annoyed that I can't give this 0 stars. What an absolute joke of an establishment. We all know the stigma's that surround the automotive dealership world. This place more than represents these stigmas, moreso, it absolutely perpetuates them. I would take my business ANYWHERE else besides here. A 4.5 stars in your reviews? Must have figured out a way to have your employees leave these reviews. Do yourself a favor and NEVER do business with a place that does NOT do right by their customers. There are a lot better dealerships WORTH traveling to.

Far and away the best car buying experience I've ever had. All of the required purchasing documentation and forms were filled prior to my arrival. I basically just had to sign forms and drive away. Every member of the sales staff that I interacted with was friendly and polite, and all seemed to genuinely believe in the product they were selling. I'd like to especially mention Dennis Schindler on the sales staff. He was cordial, extremely polite and very helpful.
