I purchased from Justin in April of 2022 a John Deere SB1148 tractor snowblower. It looked brand new --- I had just connected to my tractor to try it for this winter for the first time and engaged PTO. It was making an awful metal to metal sound and the impeller was hitting the sides. I called Justin on a Sunday and he stopped what he was doing and called me. I said I would just like my $ back. This is 6 months later after buying. I drove back up there 2 - 1/2 hour ride each way and as he said gave my $ back. Who does that kind of thing today right. Great people who own Shattuck --- thats what I call going above and beyond !!!

Worth the drive from Plattsburgh NY to Shattuck Motors! The service was absolutely above and beyond! We felt right at home ,as if we had been long lost friends , meeting up again! The truck was in top notch shape, no hidden issues, and the price was right (smile). In addition, the town itself is lovely and everyone we ran into was welcoming.
