Absolutely the best place in floyd cty,,,,,period. 3 months it's gone to the dogs spoiled frozen meats rotten veg's stale bread even canned food outdated I thing they have done too much outside Floyd county lots of new coolers etc but contents may as well just stay on racks outside-- sorry to have to post this enjoyed it while it lasted!!!

Friendly, accessible, & community-focused Farm & Food Bank providing fresh (mostly locally produced, organic & sustainable) produce from local farms to the Floyd community, as well as healthy staples to anyone in the county facing food insecurity! Open 3 days/wk for Food Pantry pickup & help available for those with transportation issues! Also offers a one-of-it's kind Portable Pantry service for most months of the year!

Usually it's a quick time but thanks to a certain virus they've changed a couple rules and we were there about a hour and a half. I like the place and appreciate what they do. Timing needs improvement

TLDR: Healthy food assistance. Salads, fruits veggies.... What I haven't seen mentioned in these reviews is that Plenty! is also a farm and offers excellent vegetables (in season). Yes, you can get rice, pasta, bread and some canned goods but where Plenty! really excels is helping people who are trying to eat healthier food on a budget. Almost every week there is an excellent selection of fresh fruits and vegetables. (Disclosure: I volunteer there.)

I think this is the best food pantry I have ever been to. A wide variety of fruits and veggies as well as prepared foods and meats that i got to choose myself are just a few of the reasons I feel that way. Thank you all who work there.

Have attended several community feed days. They serve great healthy meals on covered patio with view of the fields. Very friendly people. Will return for more, to get to know the locals. Now volunteer on Tuesdays to help prepare items for the food Bank. Lots of area businesses donate fresh produce, canned goods, and dairy products to the farm. A great community project, appreciated by many. No questions asked about your neediness. You only have to be a county resident to register and benefit.

The floydians who work and volunteer here are the sweetest ,so friendly and helpful. No judgement for getting food order like I've experienced elsewhere, next time I'm in need i know where to go. And the whole area is beautiful and peaceful.
