The WORST type of service to customers. Can't depend on it to be open from day to day. Most of the pharmacists that do show up are rude. I am insulin dependent and can't rely on them to fill the prescription. Sometimes they will notify me that a prescription is ready to pick up and then I drive to the pharmacy only to find it is not ready.Definitely moving my med needs to a different pharmacy. They need to just go ahead and close this CVS location.

OK so I have to get on board with these negative reviews this is pretty much a horrible pharmacy. The staff is friendly but I have had numerous strange happenings with them changing my number of pills and locking my script down so I couldn’t fill it anyplace else, all because they don’t show up to work have the time.

This rating is for the pharmacy, not the store itself. I have come in on numerous occasions when the pharmacy was supposed to be open and found it closed. When I asked when it would be open next, I was told "maybe tomorrow." This is appalling.

Never has prescriptions ready, even when it's been in their system to be filled for a week. Customer service is horribly bad. Pharmacist doesn't know what a normal blood pressure is. There are 2 pharmacies in town, highly recommended going to the other one.

Never try automated phone system it just hangs up on you eve though you repeatedly try proper channels. Also it's a Pharmacy maybe hire someone else to give out vaccines besides over booking and not being able to do prescriptions that are badly needed.

So, I know people are under a lot of stress, right now. I try to go into businesses with compassion, kindness, and patience. Pharmacy worker was absolutely the worst kind of rude this weekend. I know it’s a rough time, but whoever the manager is here needs to have a very basic customer service class for employees or something. I only use this pharmacy if I have to, but it made me really appreciate the local pharmacy in town that treats its customers with kindness and patience.

Came to get my covid vaccine . Had an appointment, there was no one in the store, the pharmacy people were super rude and made me wait even though there was no one in the store. They continued their work and acted like it was an inconvenience, huffing and puffing I was there.

Would have given a "0" star if I could, but that is not an option. I brought my kids in to get their flu shots recently. You would think that because they are aggressively marketing to get your flu shot there, they would have a fast and easy system in place to facilitate this. WRONG. First, there were no signs saying where specifically to go to get it, just to "ask an associate". So I asked the one at the front and was told to go to the pharmacy counter. So I waited through the line, for like 10 or 15 minutes, just to be told that the person operating the register (the only one that is open) can not do it and that I had to step out of line and wait for the person that could do it. They had no walk up window to speak to them through, when I was called to give my information, it was back to the register where the first person was currently serving another customer. There is more with this story, but I don't feel like typing it all. Long story short, I was in there over 30 minutes and they haven't even ran my insurance yet and it was very obvious to me that they didn't know what they were doing. I made them give me my card back, not run it, and left. Now I will leave work early to take my kids to their PCP for it instead. Though that was the point to places like this, make it fast and easy.

We used to have a small town local pharmacy that people traveled from several counties away to visit. The addition of another chain store in our little town is just an all around bummer.
