Called and paid weeks ago for 100 gallons to be delivered. Turn heat on last night and woke up to it being 50 degrees in my house. Call and was told sorry we didn’t get to you, there must have been a mix up.

Clean, well maintained AND it has Ethanol Free 100% gasoline!!! This gas is really hard to find around Norfolk and it's the best gas to store RV for the winter. 👍

I have only great things to say about Phillips energy. I put in an order for heating oil and was told to expect it within 3-5 business days. It was actually delivered inside of 4 hours of my phone call. Fantastic customer service over the phone and by the maintenance technician who explained how to troubleshoot our furnace. Choose Phillips for your energy needs, they are incredible!

No matter the day, the time, Phillips Energy has been there for our family. When another propane company installed a tank too close to our HVAC unit (a hazard) they immediately notified us and we immediately switched to their company. When our HVAC went down, they were at the house after hours to fix it and made sure our propane was topped off before the weekend just to ensure our gas logs would still be available to heat the house if the HVAC went out again before our replacement arrived. I never feel like a customer. I feel like part of their family.

‘Full service’ at a gas station is pretty rare these days. However, the kind people at Phillips Energy, Inc always put a smile on my face when they come out with their morning greetings and offer to pump gas and clean my windshield. This morning they took that FULL service to a whole new level when my van wouldn’t start after the fill up. Doc and Ben worked together to try and jump my van, charge the battery, work on the cable harness (which we suspect to be the problem), then they pushed my van IN THE RAIN, and Doc even gave me lift into the office after the tow truck was called! (Keep in mind they are not an auto shop.) The whole time they were so considerate of me and CHEERFUL!! 💕 I tell you doing business with your LOCAL peeps, isn’t just helping a friend. It often helps you too! I am so grateful! Thank you for these sweet fellas! #TheBuckStaysHere

I've been going to Philips energy since I moved to Gloucester, I initially started coming here because my vehicle runs on ethanol and they were a convenient stop on my daily commute. since then, I have started coming here to get gas for all my vehicles because the prices are great, and the employees are pleasant. They will even pump your gas for you. They carry all types of fuel from E85 to diesel, as well as traditional gasoline and others. Great place to go to keep your vehicles going.

Phillips has the best gas around! Best mpg with Phillips! Friendly, fast customer service at the full service pumps----and they are so kind and appreciative of my business. We've spread the word and all of the extended family stops in now to the Gloucester Point service station. Competitive prices too. Also, very clean lot, never a piece of garbage floating around. Thanks Phillips for setting the standard so high!

Phillips Energy customer service is exceptional. I have been a customer for 12 years. They service my HVAC and propane unit yearly. The service people are always pleasant and professional. I receive timely propane delivery and on the few occasions that I did need to call for a problem they responded immediately. It gives me peace of mind to know I am in such great hands.

I love the full service at the pump for no additional cost!! The gentlemen are always courteous when pumping my gas no matter how cold or hot it is outside. We appreciated Phillips great customer service so much that we switched our home propane delivery.
