Ordered 2 pizzas paid 50 dollers and ask 4 times for NO Buffalo sauce get both pizzas and both covered in it and been trying to call for 30 mins and no one will answer the phone

Can't complain about the food it was good temperature and everything. My complaint is for Russell the delivery guy. We live in apartments and he talked loudly and was complaining how he was big boy just gets minimum wage. Sounded like he was drunk or high. My bf tried to talk and Russell interrupted him just complaining and slurring his words. We will be calling management in the morning. If you don't like your job don't complain find another tons other jobs out there. Be thankful you even got a job and pay. Thousands of homeless would love to take your place.

We order from here often and absolutely love it! The staff are always friendly and the store is always super clean when we go in for pick up!! They do amazing even being short handed!!

Best pizza chain in town. The quality remains consistent and they have competitive deals. The food is always made in an orderly fashion and the employees do their best.

They always stop the car side timer way before they came out with the order. I win a free pizza and the link didn't work so I lost it. They never cut the pizza right, uneven. Customer service is not existant in this place, rude employes and also management.

I have ordered pick up and Delivery from the Hollins Rd. location and everyone is always friendly. My orders are always hot and correct. Delivery orders are on time but usually early. Delivery packaging is great & don't forget to recycle ♻️ Thanks to everyone!

Took about 30 minutes. Was cheaper than Papa John's but still $25 for 2 pizzas. Wasn't very much pineapple on the Hawaiian style pizza I got for Mum. My deluxe was okay. Still, a big chain just can't compare with the quantity of a local shop like Grace's. But for a big chain, satisfied that I got a decent pizza.
