Staff is generally great, at least the ladies are anyways. The guy who has to count the pills or check them or whatever before they can be given out on the other hand is terrible. He won't stop talking to every single person he sees long enough to do his job, so you end up waiting half an hour longer than needed and it's ridiculous.

Very nice people always willing to help with anything Normally if you are there more than 10 minutes it’s because you didn’t call and have your meds refilled before you walk in

The staff at the Walmart pharmacy are like family to us. My daughter and myself have complicated medical issues & they always go the extra mile to take care of us. Tray, Lydia, Dean, Clint, and the rest of the pharmacy techs are so kind and work hard to be prompt and thorough. My family and myself are so thankful for the care we receive there.

I went to went to get my prescriptions filled. I knowledgeably know what medicines I can take together. I do not live in VA but my dr office is in Lee County and because I didn’t like the experience I received in JC, TN as they was rude and very unprofessional. I was told 25 minutes so I wait about an hour I go to pick them up and she has to go in the back and bag them with the exception of an antibiotic. I didn’t ask that she take them out of the bag to check and make sure I have all my medication as I trust they have filled each correctly. I pick them up pay for them. I drive back home to JC I do not open the bag until bedtime and then take them out to put in the medicine cabinet noticing that I’m missing (3) one in which I paid for the other I assume they think I’m stupid and know I can’t mix it with the antibiotic but I only get the antibiotic filled so I have it on hand remember I don’t live there anymore I call I’m on hold for over 5 minutes before they ever answer the phone and then they can’t help me I have to wait for a pharmacist to call me back in which I know they aren’t going to. So the conclusion to this is either they left it out and was bagged in someone else’s bag or wasn’t filled. Problem is it can’t be filled for 30 days and I’ve been without for 3 weeks already due to my dr being on vacation. How can this be handled more appropriately? Take the medication out of the bag and check it off before the customer leaves. I need the medicine or I wouldn’t have went to the dr and now I guess I’ll be taking my business to somewhere besides a Walmart. Check your bag before you leave and save yourself another trip or like myself 30 days without medication. Very angry and upset.
