As usual, I'm running late coming home from work. "What's for dinner?" Is the main thought I have as I get closer to home. Domino's pizza is the answer. Domino's pizza in Locust Grove is the best of the chain.

Order using their app for specific delivery time, they claim that the order was for the next day,. I explained that in my screen show correct time and as today. They claim that they were to busy and they can not make my pizzas. I will never order a dominos pizza in my life.

I can deal with long delivery times and the soggy wings I have to put in my oven to make them right, but charging almost double as a year ago is where I draw the line. Sorry but $40 is too much when the same order was $25 a year ago.

The Brooklyn pizza was horrible tonight compared to last time. Seems to be over done and the jalapeño bacon cheesy bread was inconsistent as the food service. Nothing worse than liking it one time and another disappointing. I hate inconsistency with food delivery and good tip not delivery guys fault. Loving out here not a lot of delivery choices so they should be the best and I paid a lot for what we weren’t happy with.

I don't know how to describe the wings other than to say they were mushy. That's gross to me. As far as the pizza, I wish I had made the time to stop for a frozen one. It would have been better. I would have had it in less than 70 minutes. It wouldn't have cost me $20 + delivery charge + tip.

This Dominos is decent but not without many problems. If you’re going to order from here I highly recommend doing it online or in-store (not calling). Upon trying to place an order yesterday, I was put through to a random woman (who said herself she didn’t work at that Dominos and simply took the orders). To start things off she knew nothing (even going as far as to say the $5.99 deal could be for anything, then saying there was a deal to get 2 pizzas and wings for $5.99 total). I decided I needed more time to think and told her I’d call back. Once I called back (around 9:30 pm), she claimed this specific Dominos was closed and that there were no more deliveries tonight. Confused, I explained how I’ve placed delivery orders much later, to which she said that at this location deliveries are done at 9:30-9:45 pm so I wasn’t allowed to place an order. I ended up driving up to Dominos (to see whether or not they were open), and not to much surprise they were still open and doing deliveries. Thankfully the employee was able to get my order ready, and was extremely nice! I just hope other customers don’t have this problem, because if someone is claiming that this location is closed/not doing deliveries at random times when people call, then I’m sure a great deal of business could be lost. In addition, I live about 10 minutes away, and when I call I get told that Dominos doesn’t deliver to my area. I have none of these issues when placing an online order.

This dominos is terrible!!! First when you call it doesn’t even go to the location that you’recall,it goes to some dominos representatives and then you got to wait on the representative to call the store. So I call to order a pasta. I was 20 minutes away from the locust grove dominos. I wanted to pick it up because I’m going home and I pass by it to get to my house. So the representative tells me carry out isn’t available only delivery, which I didn’t care much about. I complete my order and she says let me call the locust grove dominos to complete the order with them . So 15 minutes go by of me waiting on the line for her to get my order completed. I was getting mad so I hung up. At this point I had already passed the dominios and was 2 minutes from my house. I call back and the same representative answered me and I asked her if they will be able to deliver it or not and she told me that delivery isn’t available at this time only carry out. I told her well you had me waiting for 15 minutes to complete a order with just a chicken Alfredo pasta, plus I’m already home I’m not turning around and driving 10 minutes back to dominios. All she said was “ so can you pick it up “ . Worst experience ever, they definitely deserve a zero!!!

Made my order and paid 67.25. The one pizza was wrong and when I called I was told. It depends on who makes it. Definitely not what I ordered or paid for. The twisted dipping hardly had anything to dip. Again Definitely not what I paid for and always seem to have issues with this store, when I order on line. Horrible service from the manager and can't reach a district manager. Now half my family can eat whole the rest wait over an hour to get the corrections done.

This place has gone downhill quick. Usually had awesome service. Now they constantly forget sauces and apparently this is what paying for extra cheese gets you. I’ve stopped using Sams. I’ll probably stop using Dominos now. Maybe Brothers can have consistent service.

We ordered a large Brooklyn style pizza with sausage, onions, and peppers, not cut, so that we could reheat if needed. What we got was a super thin, disgusting thing that was soggy and stuck to the box. It had a total of about an ounce (no exaggeration) of sausage and a couple of recognizable pieces of pepper and onion, not even distributed over the whole thing. And it wasn't even large, it was more like a medium. It was, as expected, luke warm. I used a pizza peel to get it out of the box and the middle ended up with a hole in it. I'll never order from Domino's again. Check out this photo of the disgustingness.
