Orders are always cold, and always messed up in one way or another. Pretty bad very consistently. I always regret going back, don’t want to drive so far to go elsewhere, but now resort to doing so. They also close before their stated hours of operation. But I will say, that the manager is always willing to replace the order immediately or at a later date, by putting your name on a list. Although to no avail, because there’s no point in even returning.

Worst taco bell ever. All of my tacos had almost no beef, the cinnamon twists were dry and undercooked. Totally not worth the time or money. Am better off driving up route 3 for a much better taco bell

They give you nasty food and serve it with an even nastier attitude, after taking their sweet ever loving time to give you that jacked up order. They dont know how to make most things right, if they do put the right ingredients it's a sloppy mess, the rest of the time the order is wrong or missing. Half the time they're out of things cause they dont do their orders correctly either. There have been times they've been out of food, period, and had to rely on other stores to supply Management fail with employees and other aspects. Bad attitudes all around. Worst Taco Bell in the area.

The restaurant takes forever, they make you wait minutes on end at their convenience so their time looks good. They close way before closing time like 20 minutes before, they also just declined to serve us in the middle of the day because the system is down. Instead of trying to look good, admit that you need help in this organization. Maybe they will help with all the problems that are being faced.

We need more people in this world like Brenda! She was the sweetest person I've ever met in any food service establishment. Her and Emily were running the entire place by themselves on a busy Friday afternoon and gave us the heads up it would be a while. Sure it may have taken 15 minutes but the food came out perfect and correct! I can't speak for the other reviews for this location but I can tell you that in our current impatient, self centered and lazy culture, Brenda and Emily are the exact opposite! They were working their butts off, focusing on helping everyone in every way they could and training in the middle of all of it. My hats off to them. Thank you. And to all who complain about having any kind of wait for some fast food in this post pandemic American world, put in an application, they could really use a hand!

Food here is Almost always good and orders are mostly correct just the attitude of the staffing , if I repeated something 5 times then my boyfriend has to speak on it and you huff answer puff just because we asked to get the other deal instead . I’m sorry , you shouldn’t be in fast food . Go find a job you actually like instead of being rude to customers because you don't like your job. And if you were having a rough morning still does qualify you to be rude to people .

Wishing I didn't have to even add a star! Went due to food being left out a few days before, I had called as soon as I found out the food was not in the bag & informed the manager. She took my name, number & order, skip to a few days later when I go back to get my meal. I was told at the drive-thru to pull up to the white line (only person in the drive-thru at the time) had to wait on another customer to come & order and them bring there food out to even ask if anyone was going to assist me. I was told since the item that was left out is able to have a few different items in it that they had no clue what to make for me.. so I wrote it down on paper for the employee, fast forward probably 20 minutes later, 3 other customers had come and gone and I was still waiting. The door was locked when I tried going in but there was a huge group of teenagers hanging around inside with a few of the workers and everyone was cutting up.. FINALLY after almost a half hour my food was brought out to me with only 2 of the 4 items I was waiting on.. I told the woman what was left out and stated that she's the one that took my wrote down order in the store so I'm not sure why I'm still waiting. Then the cook has the audacity to come outside to me, and say "you legit wrote this order down yourself, handed it to her and now you're complaining saying your order is wrong" At this point I was livid and told him exactly what I had told her.. Only two of my four missing items were there the SECOND time around and all I wanted was to get my correct order that I had paid for days before.. My order was finally brought out to me only to be, old & cold.. Super disappointing & I will be contacting higher ups to address this situation as it is totally pathetic!! Super disappointed and disgusted at the whole situation.

Typical experience, you’re the only one in line yet they ask you to pull up to the line and have your order brought out. Taco Bell, Locust Grove, VA We do not frequent fast food places often. However, I love this Taco Bell location. The staff are all super sweet, professional, and extremely efficient. Everything is made to order at this location. Therefore, everything is HOT, when I leave the drive-thru and get home! Fast food is fast food…whether you’re a “frequent flyer” or “every once in a while” fan, this is an excellent and clean location.
