They're rarely friendly. When I use the 20% on the app it either makes it so they don't have my order or they charge more because they won't honor the in app purchase price. My food has been cold upon getting it multiple times. And they'll let you sit in the curbside pickup area for over 10 minutes, which wouldnt be a big deal if the app didn't say it'll be there in about 5 minutes. Just not a good mcdonald's. If they aren't paid well, I definitely don't blame the employees, but it's still not a great experience.

I ordered the fish fillet sandwich and they give you their old ones that was setting around for hours. The fish was hard. Next time, I'm sure to tell them, I want a fresh one. Such a shame.

This place continously serves raw meat. I have had this happen twice now. If you tell them they just want to replace your food. Why do I want to keep eating there to keep on having raw food?

They only ever have one lane open for drive thru. Anytime you go, you’re waiting at least 20 minutes. I went this morning about 10 AM and sat in line for 20 minutes before leaving. I had just bought cold groceries, that’s why I didn’t continue to wait. The car at the ordering window had been sitting there for over 5 minutes. When I drove around the building, they had no other cars at the pay or pick up windows.

placed a mobile order @ 9 o’clock just to sit in the parking lot for 45 minutes, literally seeing the employees holding the phone, but not answering. called several times to see what was going on for them to start with “the system went down” mind you the order was a literal iced coffee & sweet tea that was PREPAID.🤔 then the manager says “we’re actually closed”. now everytime i mobile order, my food is literally inedible. if i could give it a 0, i would.

Their menu is limited compared to other McDonalds. If their staff shows up to work you may be able to go inside vs wait in the 20 + car line. When they are staffed well the line moves quickly.

I won't change my original rating even though the level of service has been inconsistent due to the Covid situation. I have had to their competitors due to closures and constant turnover of staff which has resulted in incomplete and even wrong orders. I haven't given up on them. I'm just giving them time to get back on an even keel. I still eat at McDonald's just not where I live.

The fries are usual cold and taste old. The last Big Mac I got was absolutely awful. It had no cheese, the bottom bun was the bun that should have been in the middle, no pickles, and way too much sauce. It’s gone downhill real quick. Super disappointed.
