Very wide selection of subjects, used books are in mint condition, many new titles as well.

Neatly organized. The shop is clean. The staff was friendly. Everything was plainly priced. When it comes to books my main interest lies in the older, solidly conservative and Pentecostal theological and Christian works. In that line, they didnt have much of a selection at all. I saw very few older conservative Christian based volumes and based on years of my experience, I felt like both were a bit overpriced. We were just traveling thru Richmond so it's not likely we would ever be back.

I absolutely love this little bookstore. It has a wonderful collection of kids books as well as spiritual guides. They also have about 10 small sections throughout the store for local artists to have items in the store. And monthly they hold free vender events in their alley that's family fun and super welcoming with friendly staff. My entire family loves coming here because there is always something for everyone. Bonus, it's a small local Richmond business.

Went yesterday on a whim and it was such a cute, perfect experience. The place was clean and there were a wide variety of books up to the ceiling! The person working was also so nice. If you’re looking for a good book, absolutely go here :)

What a cool spot!! I highly recommend to check this store out - they have a great selection of new and used books and their pricing is fantastic. Really wonderful staff who are helpful and more than happy to help out. I attended an event there and everything was set up very nicely. Beautiful shop, both inside and out, maintained exceptionally with a SPOTLESS bathroom and easy parking in their parking lot.

Great place to browse and buy new and slightly used books with an extensive selection of all genres fiction and non-fiction. David, the proprietor is very knowledgeable and eager to assist with any specific search. Generous selection of history titles and biographies with even a few vintage collector gems. Excellent venue to pickup fresh pulp to purouse,now with extra time to read.👍👍

Facinating store! So many interesting books around every corner! I appreciate that they have so many new and used books on hand! The staff are extremely helpful! When checking out, they paid close attention to my purchase making a few other suggestions for books that I didn't even know I needed! (Thank You!) Inventory knowledge is everything! BPR is definitely a go to for lovers of books!
