Probably have anything you would need for the house like trash bags, toilet paper, school supplies etc. Some of the employees are less than helpful when it comes to customer service tho.

15 people in line one cashier. I’m sure she not alone . And no one will to come out and help her. Very nice young lady . Keeping her calm and patience with everyone. Not her fault. The manager and or company. If she is alone shame on the company.

Went bought gift cards at this store found out 1 wasnt active nor charged for. Store manager( who checked us out) wanted to play on her personal phone(kept talking ) instead pay attention to customers and ask us how much cash we gave. Your job to check so you can type in register. Then when went back to tell her the problem she like what ya want me to do? Between her rude attitude an her playin on phone. How can you be a store manager and act way you do. The other cashier seem polite.

I'm not a fan of Dollar General. Generally, the dollar doesn't stretch far in DG stores. It's another messy, disorganized, cluttered store with high prices and some food items close to expiring. I only stop when Wal Mart or Target isn't an option and for most Wal Mart locations that is not saying much. Great selection of greeting cards though!

The store was pretty busy and people were lined up to checkout. The manager opened another register and her and the other cashier was working as fast as they could. A customer started getting loud and cussing, the manager handled the situation very good. She ask the customer to stop cussing because there was children in the store. She didn't listen and just kept on and on. The manager finally got her to leave. Then she come back in and accused the manager of calling her names. Another customer told her that was not true. She finally left. The manager took control of the situation and handled it, I commend her for a job well done. That could have quickly turned into a terrible and possibly violent situation.

I was helped by a very friendly and efficient store associate named Hope. She didn't mind opening up another register for me, since I had such a large transaction and was buying for multiple households. The only reason this store isn't getting 5 stars this time is for 2 reasons. The first was because there was an end cap of poise pads and safeguard hand soap but when I and another customer picked the items up they were stuck to the shelf. They appeared to have some purple sticky stuff on them. The other customer tried to find a clean bag to purchase but after dislodging 5 sticky bags, she too gave up. The second reason is because customers were being unchallenged walking around the store shopping without a mask and no store associate even asked them to put a mask on. If I didn't have to shop for 3 elderly relatives I wouldn't have been in the store at all.

It's a great store that has a little bit of everything at a good price. It's easily accessible with plenty of parking. The store is clean and the cashiers are very friendly. The only reason I give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that they can be a little tricky to get out on the main road due to traffic. It is not the store's fault it is the way the city created the road.

To management :Please clean this store up and hire more cashiers/store associates. There are four operable registers /lines at the store and ONLY one is open each time that I had no choice but to stop in and pick up a couple necessary items. This store can and should be better than this.

Customer service is good. There is usually one cashier at the checkout (which is the average for most DG). Another cashier will come assist when the line gets long which is convenient. However I notice a similarity in the way properties are maintained in certain areas. There is a lack of ownership for some of the stores exterior and interior. As a customer, I would appreciate visiting a local retailer and not pull up to a trash can that needs dumped, grass that needs manicured or floor that needs mopped.

Friendly staff, was prompt to rake care of me at the check out. Had what I needed and presented herself with a smile. I felt like as was there for anything I may need and was easy to find what I was looking for. A+ in my book. Will definitely shop there again if on that side of town. Also the store seemed well kept and clean to me.
