My family & I were visiting from out of state when we stopped at DG store # 7168 on Ebenezer Rd in Rock Hill SC. I was shocked at how clean & organized the store was compared to my local DG. I found the employees to be courteous, helpful & polite. One employee stood out from the rest. The guy working the register, Jonathon Johnson, went above & beyond to be helpful, even helping us with directions to our next destination.

Worst customer service ever!! The manager was really rude as if she didn't want to be there. This is usually not the store I go to but my normal store didn't have what I needed. After this visit I will NEVER return to a store where my business isn't appreciated. I'll just go without. P.S. I wish they had an option for "0" stars because that's exactly how I would've rated them!

Went in for a quick second to bring home a 2 liter. Made a small comment about a mask the employee was wearing and she went off on me. I understand if she was having a rough day but never take it out on the customer. I know losing my business will not hurt y'all. I just think cashiers need to be nicer to their customers.

Do not go into the Dollar General store in Buford. The staff has been very rude to me over their prices being lower on the shelves than what they charge on the register. I spend too much money there to be disrespected like that. Plus the store is nasty and always very cluttered. I complained about this several months ago but nothing has changed.

Typically love Dollar General, but this store fell short. Not as well stocked as other stores. I waited in line for 30 minutes because they were short staffed. Parking lot is hard to get out of because it's on such a busy road.

Awesome employee's they were very helpful and knowledgeable about products and there wareabouts. Store was overflowing with seasonal products and they were putting them away so it was a little cluttered be but the employees were working very hard to get it cleaned up and put away. Great location as well and plenty of parking spots as well as easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Highly recommend for basic needs or grocery's they had everything I was looking for and more.

I notice when I am driving in or around Rock Hill I feel that there are quite a few Dollar General stores all around. This one is located right off of a very nice and busy street and you will find all sorts of things in this place. This is a great place to gather up goods to throw a nice party.

They really need to do better with the organization of this store. I don't like having to move their carts full of boxes so I can get through to an aisle. All days of inventory should have more than one worker so they can tackle every job to be done so there isn't a mess. It is a potential safety hazard and managers should know better than only having 2 people in the store as big as it is now.
