Jared politely greeted us at the door. We needed to take our time and look on our own. He respected our space, and when we were ready he answered all of our questions with professionalism and care. He never pushed us, and a few times brought up very helpful things that we hadn’t considered. We narrowed down to two couches and needed to sleep on it, so he wrote two quotes for us and also pre-approved us for financing. This made everything very streamlined for us. When we came in the next day, we were able to finalize the agreement and buy our couch in less than 10 minutes. Also, everything we looked at was in stock and able to be shipped within a week- very different from our experience at other stores! Highly recommend this location.

I would never order at Bob’s discount. I ordered my furniture, and they c on me for delivery at least five times when I called them to explain Why I’m not receiving my delivery; I’m trying to understand why I Pay for delivery? I don’t get my furniture on time, and why does my table set Keep getting canceled? N wants to pick up my phone call to talk to me . When Finally, have someone answers the line to speak to me they tell me the salesperson will call me back. Or They will call back then, no one called me back still didn’t get my furniture this will be the last time I buy from them.

I bought a recliner from Bob’s and also a warranty that they sold me for $50, when it was time to file a claim, it became a hassle having to deal with the warranty company instead of directly with Bob’s. It’s been over a week since I started the claim process but I still not sure that the process has started since I haven’t heard from them.

We just got our first real family couch, with such ease, with help from the Bobs team over at Woburn. Paul was quick to let us know he was available to help, but let us browse in peace- which everyone knows is equally important to the shopping experience. He was super helpful and efficient when we were ready to check out, and then their financial rep, Angel, happily handled the paperwork, and monthly payments, within minutes. Their manager was polite, came over to say thank you, and we are now excitedly waiting for the new purchase. Overall - they were all great.
