Came in to upgrade my friend’s phone. Levi was knowledgeable, had great advice, super helpful and efficient. There were about 3-4 of us waiting for service and he was polite to everyone, no matter what we were there for. He speaks Portuguese too if that’s what you need. I’ve used different cell phone carriers before but have never seen better service.

Marcus was extremely helpful with getting me set up with a new phone I purchased. He got my contacts switched over and helped me get all my info onto the new cell. Very professional and quick.

I went into the mall to get a phone as a gift and I was told I could not buy an unlocked phone. So I thought I would try a real store rather than a vendor in a mall. The times for this store claims they are closed on Saturdays and open on Sundays. They are actually open on Saturdays and closed on Sundays. Please change your times on google. Very inconvenient and misleading. Needless to say I just brought a phone from Boost instead. Easy. They do online and no need to put an deposit on an unlocked phone in store. Metro...do better.

Had a great surprise, when I went in thinking I needed a new phone, but Andrea helped me fix my phone. She could've lied and sold me a new device, instead she made me a long-term customer by providing excellent customer service. A++++
